Recently, I ordered flowers for an anniversary. I had them delivered that day. I ordered a Large arrangement and a balloon. The picture displayed on the website was Beautiful and filled with red roses and carnations. The options available were small, medium, and Large. Again, I went with large as it appeared the advertised arrangement was large. To my surprise, the arrangement arrived and to my surprise, appeared to be a medium, if not small. It did have thirteen red roses, one that has already started dying after one day and fifteen carnations. I tried counting the advertised picture but it is not three dimensional so the count is not accurate. The picture reflects approximately ten red roses and twenty red carnations and that is just one side. The value of my purchase is not worth the money I paid for this arrangement. I also don't understand why everyone is starting to ask for tips for doing their required job. If it was for the driver, I had already been charged a $20.00 delivery fee which is way more than the gas and wear and tear it would take for them to deliver it to my house, seven miles away. I would've picked them up myself however I had scheduled appointments already pending. I will include pictures so you can decide if you will visit this location for your next flower needs. It makes me sad when people don't take pride in their work.

Ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday…Received the worst looking arrangements I have ever seen in my life. Not even remotely close to what I ordered. Do not recommend. Save yourself the trouble and do not order from here.

Your delivery driver Mark Bennett is rude and unprofessional. He ruined a surprise from my husband with his phone call. When I told him I was not at work, he wanted to just leave the flowers for when I return - IN 3 THREE DAYS. What a joke. He made sure to let me know that he had other deliveries that were more important then mine in the process too.

My Mothers Day flowers came from here! On the note that came with the flowers it said "We have built an excellent reputation on beautiful flowers and uprompt service. If we ever fail to meet your expectations, please let us know. We value you as a customer. It was a pleasure to give your order our personal attention." It was not the bouquet that was ordered ( much cheaper flowers)! Arrived at 8:20 at night! I called and let them know about how late they were delivered and was told how busy they were! I didn't know that it was the wrong bouquet until later! FAILED, FAILED,FAILED!! USE ANOTHER FLORIST

I was surprised by the negative reviews as I just received a lovely arrangement of very fresh white roses and white stock. Beautifully done and I’m writing as someone who does many flower arrangements. Maybe there’s a new owner as delivery was prompt and courteous!I will try them myself after being so pleased with them.

Ordered valentine’s Day flowers weeks in advance. They got delivered after 9:00 PM on Valentines. I realize it’s the busiest day of the year for Florist, but that’s totally unacceptable.

Ordered flower arrangement for my mom today and the picture that I ordered we're beautiful and I totally understand the price especially on same day as Valentine's Day. It arrived not even close to what I ordered. I ordered a large not a small or medium. I ordered the flowers to all be included in the description. ONLY 3 were included and the rest were wilted stems. Called the company put and they told me they would call me back... no call back. Left a message about I either get the flower arrangement I ordered and paid for or I get my $90 dollars back. I am not this customer that complains but it's ridiculous that This is what I paid for and what my mom got...

First of all they sent me dried up flowers. DOES NOT MATCH THE PICTURED FLOWERS .Secondly- They do NOT deliver flowers to the door!!! If you are trying to surprise someone then use another company. If you are sending flowers to someone with limited mobility then don’t use this company. This was a horrible experience! I have a shattered knee and can not go down to my leasing office to get the flowers. Delivery instructions were clear including building number, apartment number and floor. Also the flowers are not even WORTH it. The sunflowers are dried up. This situation really ruined my day and made me cry . $60 for flowers that were horrible with horrible customer service. This was a VERY bad experience.

This flower shop is not worth using for any reason. The flowers they sent for my daughter-in-law were expensive and looked like a miniature bottle with a very few flowers. This was delivered at 8pm, after I left messages on their answering machine and on Facebook around 5:30pm since they had not been delivered. I live out-of -town and ordered through my local florist. She suggested a Teleflora bouquet, which Facet Florist was supposed to use as an example and had no idea what they were sending. I will call a reputable Austin florist in the future and call them directly. I don't know how they stay in business.

My mother ordered a bouquet with chocolates and a small teddy bear for me as a surprise birthday gift. She ordered through Just Flowers and Facet Flowers fulfilled the order. Except they sent a bouquet that was half the size of the one pictured on the order page, no chocolate, and no bear. She paid extra for delivery before 1 pm. The flowers weren’t delivered until closer to 3 pm. The order confirmation stated that they would call the residence first due to the chocolate. I r

I ordered $132.00 worth of flowers the day before my daughter’s birthday and called the morning of her birthday to confirm everything was okay. I was assured everything was fine and the flowers, chocolates, bear and balloons would be there by 5:00. I spoke with my daughter at 5:45 and she had not received them. The shop was closed and nothing but an answering machine! I will never do business with this company again! Edit:8:45 pm my daughter has received the flowers. Still no word from the florist but, she did receive them!

They need to drug test their employees. I observed one of them. I believe the front shop woman named Cristina smoking drugs in the florist delivery van. Bbb will be contacted.

I am completely embarrassed with the product what was sent to my colleague after finding out he’d unexpectedly lost a relative. He sent me a picture to thank me. I can’t help but wonder if he also wanted me to be aware of the HORRIBLE quality of what was received. I included a picture of what I ordered vs what was received. Therese flowers look like they were arranged during an episode of Nailed It. Completely disappointed in the quality but also the fact that this was even found to be somewhat acceptable!!
