Worst experience. Takes a full week just for them to process the loan even though I already signed the paperwork. On top of that still have the vehicle for sale and insist holding on to it.

I bought a pre owned Tesla at a fair price. Luke Randolph was a joy to work with. Knowledgeable, friendly, and forthright. No BS. Little too much pressure afterwards from their finance department to buy a warranty but all in all, it was a good and seamless experience.

Got part recall letter, called & got appointment for 5 days out. Directed to Jacob Narasky, Svc Adv, who was most courteous & knowledgeable, estimated 3 days to complete work, made sure that the car would be washed. Picked up at appointed time 3 days later. The driveway attendant had it running with AC working. Could not have been more pleased with the experience. Totally satisfied.

Update:
Since my initial impression of Audi South Austin, some things have changed and not in a good way (you can see the initial review below).
I have had tech issues with my vehicle - not their fault. But service is an issue and the customer service in the service department is horrible. They do not call you back and do not provide updates unless you physically go in and talk with them. Even then, it is the run around.
On the financial side, this group is a complete joke. The dealership has owed me over 9k for 45 plus days and I have gotten all the excuses and not one check. I have called. I have emailed. I have done in to see them. Each time I get a new reason why they do not have my money.
I love my Audi but I am very disappointed that I gave this dealership one dollar of my hard earned money.
As amazing as an Audi is, with these jokers, it is not worth the headache.

I could not be happier with the team that I worked with at Audi South Austin. Graham is an excellent sales person - great knowledge, patience, insights and listens. He helped me find the perfect vehicle.
Then I went to finance, this is usually when the great feelings dampen a bit. Not here, Chris R. is great - if he is your finance person, get ready for some fun stories and an all around good time in the finance office.
Finally, I closed out with "young Chris" - he hooked me up with all the tech on my new ride. This young man is great - very knowledgable, patient and professional.
If you are in the market for a vehicle - this is a great place to get one.

Nothing but nice things to say about Audi South Austin. I went to check out my first Audi, and with the help of Luke Randolph, I drove off in my new Q3 a few hours later. Luke was especially nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the cars he sells. The entire staff was extremely nice, including Giovanni (sp?) in the finance department. I'm loving my new Q3! Thanks to Luke!!

Third experience with Audi service in the last 12 months. Quality of work is fine, but “on-time” isn’t in their vocab. If I was always way late in my job I wouldn’t have any business.

CRICKETS
Consistently inconsistent.
Downright deceptive.
Generally unsavory.
Predictably unresponsive.
1. Show up for a scheduled service appointment and the advisor informs that there is no loaner car available, as was agreed upon, because I was late for my appointment. I was not late for my appointment. He tries to give this weak line of "well maybe the appointment setter got the times wrong. We can put you in rideshare and try to get a car to you later."
2. Have to go the whole day with no car (hard to do school carpools that way) and then make an aggressive call to the Svc. Mgr. to make my case for a loaner.
3. They deliver me a car that is broken. Horrible grinding noise in the steering assembly.
4. Have to lobby to have the car switched out and they deliver me another car that is BROKEN. Horrible clanking rattle in the front suspension. Is it safe? ?? They DROVE IT OVER TO ME...you'd think they would notice.
5. I go to pick up my car after being serviced and its FILTHY, full of CRICKETS and the interior SMELLS LIKE AN AUTO REPAIR SHOP.
6. Ask for a manager to call me.... CRICKETS.
Look to the left. Do not waste your time here.

Aaron helped me big time here! I was in a situation where i needed to purchase a new car (totaled previous car by uninsured driver) and he heard me out and gave me a the best deal by far after i spent days with other auto dealerships. Great customer service and awesome dealership!
