I had my car serviced at Audi North to replace two recalled parts. I've been an Audi owner for many years and have worked with different service advisors. I found Edwin and Kaitlyn to be professional and very helpful in keeping me updated about my car. The dealership went above and beyond with multiple repairs, and I picked it up in great condition.

Had my S3 in and have always had great experience at Audi North. This time around I worked with Edwin and Leo and had a couple bumps along the way. But these guys went above and beyond to make the whole experience great and quickly resolved everything - to be honest, bumps happen but the way they handled it was something other dealerships could learn from. They are super busy right now so Edwin kept me in the know everyday on what was happening and then he got me into a loaner at the first one available. He even borrowed one from the Alfa dealership to make sure I was not missing a beat for my business. The service department here is literally the reason we keep buying these cars. We just got another Q7 bc of it. Can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Audi North Austin is a good place to buy a vehicle. My family has bought 3 different audi vehicles from this dealership and they exceed our expectations each time. We highly recommend Derrick Evans. He is a very good salesman.

Awful customer service. Would’ve had more human interaction talking to an automated service line. Called in about my flat tire, was told that I had to bring the vehicle for them to inspect and confirm that it is flat before they would order the tire and then would have to wait an additional 24 hours after that to get the tire. completely different experience at the South Austin location, much more professional, and efficient.

I have been going to Audi North Austin now for the past 5 years for service on my Q7 and it's all down to Darrell Robles who is my service professional. Darrell is amazing at his job, kind, knowledgeable and truly looks after you. He is always quick to respond to questions, concerns and booking appointments. I wish everywhere I went provided his level of customer service and satisfaction.

I had a five star experience interacting with the professionals at Audi North Austin. AJ and Edgar are the dream team. Their goal is to meet and exceed the customers’ expectations. They are courteous, caring, communicative, and customer centric. AJ and Edgar both are knowledgeable and hard working individuals. They are great ambassadors for Audi. I've been a loyal customer of Audi North Austin for over 7-8 years, and my experience has always been nothing short of exemplary. I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to sit down and write a review! Recently, I had some recall work done on my e-tron, and I worked with Vito and Javi. This was, by far, the smoothest experience I've ever had. They were incredibly professional, attentive to my needs, and made sure everything, including the loaner vehicle, was handled seamlessly. Both Vito and Javi were not only highly competent but also genuinely kind and dedicated to their work. I highly recommend Audi North Austin for anyone seeking outstanding service.

Extremely mismanaged location. Ended up having to pay hundreds for a rental because they couldn’t get a tire to me even days after they told me they would have it. Worst part was they couldn’t care less

Rave for Darrell Robles!! I had an issue with our car last week, and since I am 2 hours away from the dealership, I called your service department and spoke to Darrell. He was awesome and helped me with my questions. While they were simple and I should have known how to resolve, Darrell was extremely patient and kind and answered my questions. I wish everybody provided that level of service and support. Thank you Darrell!!
