I’m upset with the vape that I bought—the Novo 4. I was SUPER EXCITED TO BUY A REAL VAPE and lo and behold, the magnet holding the pod is so strong or the lip of the plastic is so tight that it shattered four pods the first two weeks I had it. It’s only been a month and I am aaaa a a pods since every retailer I take my brand new vape looks at me like I have just brought in were obsolete AT BEST.That was the ONE QUESTION I ASKED THE CLERK—IS THIS VAPE NEW ENOUGH ON THE MARKET THAT I WON’T BE SCREWED LATER ON…Sure, sure sureAnd here we are, down $90 and a six count of top-off.

This smoke/vape shop has been my go to place for the last few years. They always make me feel welcomed no matter how busy they are. They're always stocked up on the vape juice I want, and such a big help when it comes to questions about my Nord2 vape. It's not the newest vape pen, but they help keep my nicotine craving satisfied without breaking the bank. Best prices on my side of town and they stay open till midnight.

Been coming here since I found some good deals on disposable vapes that I enjoy, and to my surprise and delight, the vendor stood by their product. I was enjoying the flavor, form factor and aesthetics but unfortunately the unit I purchased went haywire and auto-hit itself to an eventual burnt coil demise. Product was exchanged no questions asked and the gentleman on duty even remembered meeting me previously. This is major retailer customer service and value packed into a clean, well-merchandised local biz. This is my new go to in campus/central Austin area. They have the elusive Lost Mary and new Beast non-rechargeable vapes that I am hopeful are usually reliable as the strawberry kiwi Hi5 that went awry on me was by far the most unique vape experience I’ve had, with a subtle, juicy flavor that also satisfies!Thanks again, I am impressed and thrilled great shops are still a thing in our fair city of Austin!

WARNING: all of the Elfbar nicotine vaporizers sold at this shop are **counterfeit**. You will see that another review posted about a month ago reported the same thing. I bought two Elfbar BC5000s from this shop before I entered the product numbers into the official Elfbar Verify Product page and learned that both of them are counterfeits. I have attempted multiple times to demonstrate to the owner that they are selling counterfeit products, but they don't care and are not willing to provide me with a refund. Absolutely insane. This is an extremely shady shop. Who knows what unregulated chemicals I've been inhaling over the last few weeks before I realized that they were counterfeits. Luckily I purchased the vaporizers with a credit card so I can dispute the charges and get a refund that way. I've reported this shop to Elfbar so hopefully they will be forced to stop selling fake Elfbar products, and I encourage everyone else to do the same. Regardless I will never step foot in this shop again. Who knows what other poisonous products they are selling.

I'm stopped in twice, the first time I bought two elf bar disposable vapes. One of them tasted truly awful, and when I scanned the qr code on the box it came in to verify the product, the security code was invalid. So I came in a second time, this time being more cautious. Since the second vape I had bought was legitimate I thought it may have been a fluke. I scanned two different elf bars at the register and both were identified as counterfeit. The salesman got very defensive when I told him they were both fakes and insisted I must've 'entered the security code incorrectly'. I'd be wary for any e-cig users like myself, because there are a lot of counterfeit products on the market

Decent prices for glass and tobacco products. I can definitely tell that the glass is all imported which is fine. It’s definitely a more lowkey place compared to other places. I appreciated that the workers weren’t trying to push products onto me. The parking is difficult which can be a drawback when coming in.

the man at the cash register recorded my friend and i on his phone as we shopped around which was super uncomfortable experience for the both of us. i would warn any woman who wants to shop here to beware of this potentially happening to them if they choose visit. there are MANY more safe and timely smoke shops nearby i would suggest visiting instead :)

Walked in and bought a 3000 puff vape for $30, took it out of the package in front of the salesperson, showed him that it didn’t work, and he’d give me neither a refund nor another cake that worked. Do not go here.
