I called the number listed under this business and the voicemail states a money investment business instead and I texted to inquire about getting my windshield replaced then someone responded sorry wrong number. This seems to me like a scam!

I obviously cannot speak for other people in their experiences. But I can tell you that these guys are mobile and I've used them out of auto shop where I get my oil change. One time we had what we thought was a rock chip but it wasn't even a chip they told us the truth instead of taking advantage of us and didn't charge us anything like they could have because we were willing to pay. Since then they have helped my good friend and a couple other people I have seen when they need their chips fixed. They work with you to usually get it covered for free under most insurances and that is stand up!

Went to a car wash to wash my truck and found these guys telling me I have to have a chip repaired. The guys were very aggressive but it was cheap enough so i allowed them to repair it. a week later the chip area sent a crack 8" long across my windshield. When i returned they claimed the chip was unrelated and ask me to claim it on my insurance. I showed them the pics of before and after which proved to be the exact same place. They took no responsibility at all and basically told me I am screwed. Safelite repaired the crack the next day and i've had Zero problems. I would run as fast as possible from this company and call safelite.

What a horrible experience! RUN FAST! Javier was an absolute j*** when I returned and ask him to fix the chip in my windshield. I came in with a small chip and he convinced me to repair it with "cash". I did not even get a receipt, I did not really care because it looked good to me. About three days later the chip turned into a huge crack, I brought it back and showed Javier who then asked for the receipt. I explained I paid cash and he all but called me a Liar! He then ask me to lie to my insurance and claim it, I threatened to complain, then some total raging maniac named Anthony started trying to bully me and my wife. He screamed at me in front of my children and I left. This was the worst possible experience and I am looking into legal action for what we fell victim to. We will be contacting the BBB and using all available channels to stop this type of disgusting business practice.

I'll start by saying I did not actually get service from them. Set up an appointment on a Monday for the following Saturday. Called 20 minutes before my appointment to let him know I was on my way. Showed up right on time. Waited...got a call about 10 minutes past my appointment time. The guy said, "I had to run an errand. I'll be there in like 15 minutes". I did not wait around to see how this played out

Everything was perfect! This couldn't have been better, unless it was free. This whole thing was basically effortless on my part. Scheduling was easy and fast. I called at 5 p.m. and had a tech in my driveway at 9:30 the next morning! The technician was nice, on time, fast and (unless my window starts leaking, which I won't know until it rains or something) did a great job. I love mobile repair services! Keep up the good work.

Very knowledgeable and well trained staff. I definitely recommend these guys for all your auto glass needs. I've had several repairs done and even a full windshield replacement. They provide mobile service for that by the way. So much easier to deal with than safelight. Plus they're a local company which I support fully. Thanks guys!

husband said "no" to a new car, so instead I had my front windshield replaced by ATX Imperial Auto Glass. I had a crack running both horizontally and vertically. Scheduling an appointment was super easy, and they even made a trip out to my office in Bee Cave to take care of it while I was at work. Mark was the technician who did my install, and I couldn't be more pleased! He was super nice and a pleasure to work with. i didn't get that new car, but i totally scored a much needed facelift for my ride! Reasonably priced, and it's always nice to help out a family owned small business. Highly recommend these guys!

Representatives from this mobile glass repair shop walk around the check in area at Genie Car Wash, draw some circles in erasable marker on your windshield unprompted, and show you areas where your windshield is "chipped" in 4 places and needs repair, offering to coordinate with your insurance as well. I used quotes around "chipped" specifically because I subsequently called my auto insurance company who recommended Safelite Glass Repair (who I've used several times), and they came out to my place of work to repair the chips only to tell me that these are surface pits which are unsightly but cannot be repaired and they do not spread. In short, the representative from ATX Imperial Auto Glass was either very unskilled or attempting to rip me off. For reference, here is a full definition I found of this type of windshield damage: Surface Pit: A nick in the glass associated with normal wear and tear that does not penetrate to the plastic interlayer (middle layer of the glass sandwich). Can it be fixed? If the damage has a diameter of not less than 1/8 inch. Be cautious however, many small pits do not require a repair if the damage is too extensive.

Called them out to replace a windshield. We forgot to mention that the windshield had a rain sensor. Needless to say they had to reorder the glass with the rain sensor. They didn't get mad or upset and didn't charge extra for coming out or for restocking. They gladly came out the next day while at work to replaced it. Awesome experience, great customer service and low prices.

They are running a windshield insurance scam. At the Genie cash wash they will point out minor chips, tell you not to worry, they will repay at no cost through your insurance. They do not know what they are doing! They are just trying to get money from the insurance company. You will be left with a damaged wind shield and end up having to pay for a brand new one. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE.

These guys are the worst! Be careful!!! They are conmen They will approach you at the Genie car wash and say they can fix your window chip at no cost. I went in with a scratch that could be barely seen and left needing to replace my entire windshield. The damage occurred because the team is no properly trained! When I complained they said it wasn't their fault. Javier and Harrison are conmen!
