I recently went to the AT&T Conference Center. Let me tell you about the valet gentlemen Aaron and Tyrese. They not only were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. This was in rainy, icy cold weather and they had smiles on their face the entire time. They were very nice and respectful.

Alert on the FAKE reviews!
Construction NOISE starts from 8am Saturday and no one warned us when check-in!
No bathtub STOPPER. We called the front desk for one.
The bath water is not HOT enough.

Firstly, this is a great hotel with amazing staff. The place is clean, with great scent and a nice luxurious vibe. We stayed here on our way back from San Antonio where our son was performing as an all state musician. We paid over 340 bucks to stay here over other places, due to reviews..
We stayed here to check out the UTAustin campus & for our son to have much needed sleep after a week of hard work.
Everything went great and minor mishap of putting us in a handicapped room was resolved by offering us another room immediately (we decided to just stay in the same room).
BUT things took a turn on our experience very early in the morning by very loud drilling construction noise that woke us all up early. Spoke to Tina @ front desk and the manager will reach out to us. We should have been notified about this during check-in, and also offered another room opposite side, especially with a lower occupancy. Waiting on manager Clarissa to reach us for making this right for us.

Absolutely stunning property! Love the piped in scent throughout the facility, and from the moment you pull up to Valet, you are surrounded in luxury. The rooms are relatively nicely sized, full of amenities and super close to Gregory Gym, the Rec Center, and Moody. A must stay if you are attending any event or camp on the actual campus!

We are currently staying at this hotel, and I feel compelled to share my experience. If you’re looking for a peaceful environment to relax, I would strongly advise against booking here. There is an active construction site right next door, with work taking place from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Unfortunately, the hotel did not inform us of this situation at check-in. They did offer us a room change to mitigate the noise one day before our departure.
Only after I raised my concerns was I offered a compensation, which included options for breakfast or a cocktail; ultimately, we received a $60 meal. Despite this gesture, the noise levels are excessive and have significantly impacted our ability to rest.
I hope this feedback helps others make a more informed decision.
