I switched over from Tmobile to AT&T looking for better pricing. I get here and Miguel Flores was "helping" me set up the plan and we explicitly talked about $130 a month for 3 lines with the promo they had. Now the first bill comes in and I see $49.20 on fees in the bill that were never mentioned when doing the whole contract. I'm basically paying more than I used to before I transferred over. I understand that fees will always be there, but be transparent about them!!!!!! I wouldn't have changed over, I just cancelled my service today. Thanks for wasting my time.

Wonderful experience updating to iPhone 15. Sam was phenomenal in every aspect. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and polite. Definitely a great asset to the company and should be strongly considered for positions of higher responsibility.

Manny was a great to work with. We got my wife a new phone in less than 20 minutes. We stood around for 30 minutes at Best buy, just to be told we would have to order the new iPhone 15Pro.

We drive into town (past 2 other AT&T stores) from Dripping Springs for this specific store. Fransisco is always so helpful and does everything he can for us. He helped us get Fiber and it’s so much faster than spectrum. When he’s not around to help, Sam is our go-to guy. This store and the employees are just so great all around!

We made it very clear we needed to pay off the phone so that we can unlock it. We travel a lot to foreign countries and we need to use a different Sim card. They told us we needed to wait 60 days and then call AT&T and pay it off. AT&T says this cancel the promotion and we would have to pay full price. We now have a phone that we cannot unlock and can only use 50% of the time or pay 100% of the cost of the phone instead of 30%. Upon calling, they continue to provide false information. A lack of training has really put us in a bind and I don’t know what to do. AT&T main office will do nothing.
