We spent nearly $20,000 between fans and dehumidifiers there and we were told that the dehumidifiers had full warranty on them but when we tried using them on our first job which was not long after purchasing them, the dehumidifiers would not work. We took those back to get it serviced (which took over a month and couldn't take on extra mit jobs than we wanted to) and were told we still had to spend $100 to get them working again. I don't understand why we would have to pay to get them working even after we weren't able to use them. They refused to waive the $100 knowing that we spent $20,000 to make it right and get their equipment that they sold us on to work. Poor customer service, horrible communication. Would not recommend them and will no longer purchase future equipment from them. Giving them a 1 star is being generous since we can't give them zero stars.

I purchased some VCT supplies here, the guy working the front recommended some mop heads for applying wax as I had never used their brands before. They were not finishing mop heads and caused me a pain having to fix the first coat of wax. When I called to give feedback the guy was unapologetic and had horrible customer service. I've spoken to the owner before and haven't had a bad experience with him, and I'm sure they do well with carpets resotoration but I won't be coming here for VCT supplies. The stripper they sold me(only carry one brand) also isn't very good, it does the job but it pools up and drys poorly

Order tool from Atex. Order was confirmed by Atex and checked from my end. Two weeks, no tool recieved. Sent two emails to Atex, no response. Confirmed with my credit card company that Atex charged my card the day I ordered from them. Finally sent them an email stating charge would be cancelled and reported to PayPal. Atex responded stating they had never received the order! Yet I confirmed the order through their website! Did not respond if they had the part, refunded my money. Cost me two weeks when I could have had the part. IMHO, any buyer should be careful when buying from them.
