I walked in and 5 or 6 employees were all huddled up in a meeting. There wasn't a single other customer in the store. They definitely saw me walk in and not a single person acknowledged me. After what seemed like forever (must've been close to 10 mins) I finally spoke up and said "I guess you guys don't want my business." Then someone finally nonchalantly said " Someone will be with you soon." That's something you say when I walk in the door if you're busy, but not after I've been there waiting for awhile. I can't imagine this store being in business much longer. Awful customer service and I was ready to drop a lot of money in there.

Walked in to pay my bill was the only customer in the store at the time. Mikey was the representative but more interested in watching TV. Dude could not bring up my account with account # or phone# called customer support to verify correct account information still couldn't pull anything up. Dude needs to be trained better to assist customers. Went to another location on Riverside and was able to bring up account without any issue's. Would not recommend doing business at this location.

I was able to get my phone working again after my family changed plans from Verizon. Apparently they don’t make it easy to leave their service but Cruz was the best! I would definitely recommend anybody who needs services done to see him, he was able to solve the issue and he did it in a timely manner as well :)

I went into the store originally to discuss my bill. Mark helped me basically right away. He was very friendly, given that he is newer. We discussed what I thought was an issue with my bill, but ended up being nothing. I told him I was thinking how I wanted to upgrade eventually, not realizing I would pull the trigger right then. I ended up upgrading/trading in my 11 pro to the 14 pro. Both Mark and Cruz were friendly, funny, knowledgeable, and super chill. When I came back to pick up my phone, Cruz helped me out just as Mark did the first time. Whenever I decide to get my Apple Watch, I’m coming to this store to get it - just based off my experience when I upgraded my phone.

Great experience! I came in because my charging port was not working. Mark, the new management, cleaned it like new, free of charge. I was so pleased, I decided to upgrade my phone to the 14 pro since Mark was able to get me a killer deal. My plan increased only a few dollars per month.

Cruz was fantastic at facilitating an easy, seamless, transaction: over the phone and in-person! People must understand, staff shortages in result of Covid/recession! Thanks for your patience Cruz!

The worst at&t store i ever visited. They refused to do any help and told to talk call center. I told the lady their that i have a problem with my 5G and everything she told call on customer support number. And when i told her that i had same issues previously and i went to previous store and they did it without any problem she said then you can go on that store we don't do it here coz of security reasons. Like seriously worst customer service experience.

Very very disappointed in this store. No good customer service what so ever, your employ Cruz did an awful job and just shrugged me off because he didn’t want to deal with it. Seemed very lazy and just had zero urgency to get anything done for me or the customer before me.

OMG Who is ATT employing? Walked into your 601 W. Oltorf store.When it became my time to get help CRUZ looked at my phone and says, "I'm not a techie, you need to go to another ATT store." He didn't even try to offer help. I was SHOCKED. Of course, I don't stay where I'm not wanted so immediately left.Also, he seemed like he was in another world. His buddie was waiting for him which, sigh, I suppose is why he didn't want to help.As it turned out, my MUTE ALL was accidentally turned on in the Hearing / Accessibility tab and the NICE man at Walmart fixed it in a flash.This man CRUZ has an attitude of "I don't care." I have my Internet with ATT too, by the way.I definitely expect better from such a stellar company as ATT.
