I had miss placed my receipt, called and spoke to manager he said they could only look up receipt for 12 days which is fine. Asked how to get receipt and he said he could send an email. I gave him all the info and he said that it would be a couple days that he would let me know. Its been over a week and no response. I needed it to submit for expense report. There has to be a better way to get a receipt. No I am not going to be a rewards member. I work in retail myself and know that there are other ways, just requires effort on the managers part!

This place is basically the Walmart or Sam's club of pots, pottery, planting, etc. They also have a lot of outdoor chairs and goods.
Hard to tell the quality of these things. They sell relatively inexpensively items, but hard to know how long they will last. For example, the outdoor chairs and bright colors, will the sun fade them or not? Something to think about, I hesitated to purchase for this reason. The quality of the goods.

AWFUL customer service. Lady up front accused us of putting clearance stickers on CLEARANCE items the proceeded to follow us around the store and laughed at us for wanting the discounted chairs.

Such an unorganized store. They have their rugs split between the store, rather than grouped together. The display of the product I wanted was on one side of the store but the bin it was located was on the other side. Spent waaay too much time trying to find the product. When I attempted to look for an associate there was no one to be found. I had to walk up to the register to ask the cashier. They have pallets with boxed products in between the aisles (accident waiting to happen). I ended up walking out the store without buying anything because I was not going to weave my way between boxes and constantly lift up my cart to get through. Such a disappointment. I thought I could knock out some shopping during my 90min lunch break before heading home. But at this point I’ll just visit the At home closer to my residence and purchase what I need. The stonehill location is much more organized and I can easily access an associate if needed.

Easy in easy out. Overnight parking was allowed, I did ask permission however. Had to call the store to get service. Don’t bother with the doorbell

Never thought I'd get here, but At Home has become our daytime "date night " while the kids are at school. Great selection, ahead of the season with great pricing.

Prices we much higher than they used to be. Parking lot only had 4 or 5 cars in it. I found something on clearance and left. Won't be back there for a long while.

It's a huge store with lots of cool items, but it takes forever to check out. I just waited 10 minutes and still had 3 people in front of me with only one checkout.

This place is HUGE with unusual finds, some reasonably priced items, some too expensive for my taste. I love their hanging arts selection. Their couch/chair selections are waaay too expensive, we're talking one love-seat or chair for $800.

This positive review is for the store manager's, Richard, customer service.I ordered 2 matching lampshades for same day delivery, and only 1 came. It turns out they only had 1 in stock at this store, but this inventory was inaccurate online.I called the store and talked to Richard, explaining my dilemma:1. I had 1 lampshade, and a lamp base without a shade.2. I paid for shipping so I didn't have to drive to the store, but now that I got 1/2 of my order, I would still need to drive to another store!I asked him if he could do any of the following.1. refund my shipping fee2. Send me another one from a store that does have it in stock, and waive the shipping fee.Unfortunately, neither of those could work, and I could only:1. drive to another farther location to get the 2nd lamp shade.2. return to the store to get the price adjusted for the lampshade I received, minus the shipping price.I had other obligations later in the day, so I couldn't do any of these options. But Richard stepped up, offered to drive to the Pflugerville location, and even deliver it my house (on the way back to his home) that same evening. I couldn't believe it. And unfortunately, I wasn't at home (doing other obligations) to really thank him properly. So thank you Richard for doing this, and I apologize that my inconvenience became yours. It really made my day.

There is SO MUCH merchandise ppl full crates in the back. It seems like they could have more sale items? But, no. They just make bigger piles of endless stuff. They also put non-sale items on the clearance table. If you are not paying attention, you will pay full price. When you check out, if you have a sale item, ask the cashier the actual price. Home Goods 5 minutes away has much better prices.

Ordered a tree. Picking up curbside. After 10 mins of waiting after clicking “I’m here” I called-they said they didn’t notice that the request for curbside came in. Waited another 15 minutes-no one came. Called again, was told “someone said they were grabbing it.” Clearly they weren’t. After waiting for 30 minutes total I finally got my order. Only reason I didn’t go in was because I had a sleeping baby and was so incredibly annoyed.
