The location at Southpark Meadows is beyond ridiculous. Over the years we have spent well in excess of $10,000 at Ashley… we bought two end tables for our living room set, and wished to replace them with a single, larger end table. We let them know the day they arrived, one of the two was never taken out of the box.This store declined to allow us to exchange this item. I will never buy from this store again. If I buy Ashley furniture, it will be from Amazon, because they take returns if you buy it from Amazon.Does it make sense that they take returns if you bought it from Amazon and not if you buy it from their store directly? Of course it doesn’t. I would give it a zero if I could.

Walked in and was greeted right away by Peter. So nice and patience with me while I figured out what I needed. The entire staff was so on point when I went and just had an amazing atmosphere! Will definitely be going back to grab a few more things for my new place!

I recently visited Ashley’s Furniture at Southpark Meadows to find a new table for my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service and selection. Not only did they make the process incredibly easy, but they also offered me the best deal that no other store could beat. I bought a recliner. After it was delivered it I discovered it locks up in the recliner position. After 2 weeks of Ashley not answering my calls or returning calls. I wrote a review on Goggle maps. They finally contacted me by text message. Ashley promised they would send a repair person. One year later, there has been no repair person or answer to my problem. Great price, no service. NEVER AGAIN !!!

I initially went in very excited for a new mattress only to find that my credit was ran when I asked for it not to be. The manager did a poor job of being attentive and accountable. While I understand mistakes happen a customers credit should carefully handled.

I spent $200 extra to get 5 years protection plan when I bought a dinning table in 11/2022. The first surface painting broken happened after only 3 months. When I reached out to the maintenance, both of the Ashley store and the third party tried to find an excuse to refuse to fix it for free. Low product quality and service. Don’t trust their free protection. All they mind is money.

Salesman Will C met us at the door unlike any of the other furniture stores we had been to today. He was helpful, thorough, and friendly. He didn’t hover but was always there for any questions and unlike the other stores we had been to we made a purchase that is expected to be able to be delivered this Saturday when other stores were quoting 2-3 weeks. Love the recliner, the warranty and the price. 2nd piece of Ashley furniture. Will definitely go there first the next time I need to buy furniture and I will recommend them to anyone who asks!!

The service in store was great. They were helpful and professional. After we ordered our couch, the delivery was rescheduled 5 times. I understand a delay may happen but 5 times with no explanation or estimate on when it would come in is not acceptable. It was very frustrating and hard to get ahold of anyone or answers.
