“I had wonderful service at this Joann store this morning. And it illustrates why buying in person is better than buying online. I was buying some denim for pillow backs, and the lady measuring and cutting my fabric warned me that these dark denims might shrink and the colors might bleed, so I should definitely pre-wash. Then the customer in line behind me (the only customer in line I will add), said that she adds salt to the prewash to “fix” the color. I’m not so good at this stuff so I genuinely appreciated all this advice. I will definitely be back!”
