Great place to live. The only things I don't like is the billing system. I'm used to getting an invoice 2 weeks before it's due, not the day before or the day of.

only one or two office staff were polite everybody else is rude, they will gossip and be in your business as much as possible. apartments are full of roaches, homeless people living outside the gate selling drugs and just destroying stuff, your car will get vandalized and nothing will be done, homeless people come through the gate and knock on the door and scare you. its really dirty please take a tour before moving in ,i was told i couldn't look at the apartments before moving in that was with the previous manager though im not sure about the new one. car was towed twice for parking on the tiny piece of the white line ,literally nonsense. upon finally being able to move they attempted to charge me over $500 in damages good thing i took video of the apartment before turning in the keys and had proof of what it looked like before. But no i would not recommend living here.

It has a great gate system. A few lights out around the buildings. The lights that were working lit up areas very well.

When you move out they over change and change you for no reason in the manager is super rude and disrespectful if you not white or black they will discriminate you don’t rent Apt here the other stuffs that’ work there is nice except the manger

Just to mention one of the poor services this month, I went to pay the rent on the 1st of July and the office was closed so I tried to drop off my rent payment in the dropbox. For some reason, the dropbox was locked. Then, Saturday/Sunday/Monday they were closed so I returned to pay, but they told me that I was late and ended up charging me an extremely high fee for being “late” when it was not my fault that I was not allowed to drop off my payment. That is not fair, nor does it make any sense. On top of that, I received a disgusting letter stating that I would be evicted for not paying rent on time, despite the fact that the office was closed the entire weekend so NO ONE could pay the rent on time.This is outrageous.

If there is zero rating i want to give to them that. Very bad management. If we request for any maintenance in apartment the office staff (Lady) they don’t take seriously. Homeless people access to come inside any time. So many time got robbed at night in the Apartment compound. So many time got broken the car’s windows in there. No security cameras. Homeless people’s tents behind the mailbox. They park the car beside the Apartment way. Multiple times got car accident when we get out from apartment because we can’t see others vehicles coming, reason already parked Homeless guys cars beside the road. I won’t suggest to move to anyone in this terrible apartment.

Never try to rent apartment here, you will welcomed warmly when you apply here and after that you face below common problems.No Maintanince or you will be charged for the maintenance, they blaming you for reason.Not enough space for parking.Very dangerous some braking the cars windows.Rubbing people.A lots of more.

Don,t move there the worst place i ever leaved , they tow car of residence ,very rude staffs ,specifically the ladies at offices ,they treat theirs tenets horribly,
