Apple doesn’t care at all. Literally doesn’t care that their products are faulty, knock offs, or unusable. Doesn’t care if you bought their ridiculously priced items and they don’t work the way they should, or that the battery port is faulty. Or that it can’t be replaced because “they can’t reproduce the problem.” Read their warranty. They seriously don’t give a a flying whatserbutt. People standing around looking at computers and phones at the cost of used cars. By people who work there that may or may not give a you know what about their job, or the people they serve for a company that doesn’t care about you, uses your data , doesn’t protect said data. Built in countries that shouldn’t have your information. Have a problem? They don’t care. They just don’t . Read their user agreement, privacy policy, look at your settings. They have it all covered.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Even without an appointment. Answered all my questions. Very nice atmosphere. I recommend that you look up the classes. Very clean and sanitary.

Outstanding customer service.I did not have to make an appointment to do a theft and loss claim for my aye phone. They have public restrooms that look like they're from Star Trek.All my homies get their small souled bugman tech at Apple Domain.

I almost fall is a fraud here! First of all I have to say that there are some really nice people here, but the lady manager, I guess they have some more but I didn’t get her name, is something that definitely needs to be changed for some one more guest service stile. And I’m not really sure if all that happened is people here or is truly Apple Co who is the big mess. Just out of nothing my camera started working weird and then I got a message that said that the camera wasn’t a genuine peace of apple, even though I bought it directly at apple. I called support and they told me that sometimes that happened after an update or it could be damaged. That I could fix it or probably it would be better to go with a change it for a new iPhone in mind, they told me that they would take my iPhone 13 Pro Max for $500. So I went to the store and after running a test they told me that fix it will cost 300 so I decided to trade in, they ran again the test and told me that they would take my phone for $500 so I decided to go for that, but I needed to do the back up first. Finally when I was about to do the purchase in the last minute a different guy told me that since my camera wasn’t working they just will take my phone in $125. This new guy just say that the manager could offer me a case for all the inconvenience… really? A case for $400 dollar difference oh my, that was the most ridiculous comment. So I went to a different place to fix my camera and they told me that recently apple is doing this forcing people to buy a new phone. Obviously this is old news so we erase the iPhone and stated again and everything works great again. So I was about to pay $300 for a new camera when mine is working and the only thing needed was to reset the phone. Or worse I was about to spend $1200 +tax for a new phone when mine is working great.

Had a decent experience, took my phone there for repair because Best Buy didn’t have the part and due to work and other things couldn’t be without phone for the time it would take for them to order and hold phone. So I went to Apple Genius Bar and had the work done there, however after repair phone wouldn’t start back up and they in turn gave me brand new phone! Same cost as repair! Apple care + is a must! Highly recommend this store!

I have scheduled demo for Vision Pro on Sat Mar 30 7:00 pm. Cancelled within 15 mins without notifying. No where in appointment they mentioned that. The appointment person was rude saying that she didn’t schedule the appointment.Worse than doctors office and similar to overbooking a flight. ‼️

Bri/Natalie/Nicole/Ross: (They were lying about their names so there may be other aliases).Absolute worst customer service. Attitude! Managers changed halfway through my purchase.The first was great!The second ‘manager’ (refer to one of the aliases) terrible! Due to her attitude, I reversed several purchases I had already made. It’s mind-boggling how much money you can spend with someone, and they still give you such an attitude.I was interested in opening a business account with this location, but no longer. Not so long as Nicole (or one of the other aliases) is one of the managers I may have to deal with.Why have people with no business sense dealing with entrepreneurs? Outrageous!I don't know who exactly these folks are, as I was made aware that they were lying about their names.Every manager I asked for at the Domain Apple Store on 03/30/2024 was, by far, the most unprofessional group of sales/customer service people I have ever had the misfortune of working with.I didn’t want to raise further issue by trying to take their photos though I would strongly recommend that if there is a real General Manager, they review the video footage of my interactions because these folks lacked all honor and decorum.One woman was wearing her hair up in a bun with green ribbon. She had/has red hair, is Caucasian, and has tattoos visible extending past her shirt sleeves on both arms. (She was the one that caused me to reverse my transaction.)The other man had/has a man bun, a scruffy beard, and is also Caucasian. (This is the gentleman that presented himself after I asked for another manager.)There were others though those were the two main people.Remarkable! ? I guess when you reach a certain market cap as an organization (Apple) that you just don’t give a rip about customer service anymore.

I came here on 2/24/24 fully intending to purchase a new Macbook Pro or Air, but I was waiting for my friend to arrive who was also looking. I sat down in this area, and soon some guy came up to me asked me if I had a "reservation" for a demo of the new Headset or whatnot. I told him no and that I was just waiting for someone. Keep in mind, the area I was sitting in was about 10X10 and there was only one other person sitting there. The guy told me to please get up and sit somewhere else because that section was just for "demo appointments". Keep in mind, if it were crowded in that area, I would have understood. Anyways, I felt a little offended and shooed away. I went outside, and my friend showed up. We both went to the Apple Store in Barton Creek and spent our money there. They lost a sale and a customer(not that they care). Barton Creek Mall is out of my way, but I'll go there from now on because I was made to feel like I was some kind of nuisance.

This place brings joy to my shopping habits/sightseeing habit. Somehow I have never managed to leave this place without spending money. Can’t wait to see what upgrades and stores are added to this place in the future.
