“The community is very nice, clean, maintenance problems are resolved immediately, Miss Viridiana Ybarra is very kind, pleasant and a very good manager of any situation that arises for the residents.”
“(Review while touring) - Pretty nice clean place. Checked out the 1 bed room & the studio apartments during the tour. Kiree who worked at the front desk was very nice, patient and personable & informative. Nice place for sure.”
“Before the move in, Julia reached out to me a few times to make sure everything I needed was taken care of which I greatly appreciated. Then when I moved in Alec was very helpful and has some great recommendations for food and attractions nearby. The view from the lookout is incredible! Looking forward to being here for a while.”
“Moved in September of 2023, overall positive experience. Neighbors are neighborly and the community is well kept. Maintenance is on top of their work loads - when posting a work order, they are at the door within an hour or two depending on importance.
Dog park has improved but imo still needs work. (Remove all the dirt)
Great community events and wonderful people to surround yourself with.
P.S. Tyler’s the best!
Edit: Sketchy stuff does happen at the pool early am.. random people and possible drug use happening. New gate system is a great idea but if the gates stay open all day and all night long, what’s the point?”
“You really can’t beat the location, lake view and amenities at the NorthShore! Plus the staff is so attentive and friendly they have built a great community here.”

1301 W 5th St, Austin“I've been living at the Clark for about 2 years now. The community is awesome and I love meeting my fellow residents! Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity of having Alex as my maintenance professional until now. I have had trouble with my water pressure and water heater for a couple of months now. I have put in many maintenance requests and nobody had ever fixed it. Alex came this morning and fixed everything within 30 minutes! He was very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. Thank you Alex!!!”

1900 Onion Creek Pkwy, Austin“First of all, thank you, Danielle, for making my move from Nebraska to Austin such a killer experience. Between managing the complex and organizing events, you always know what is going on in your community. Danielle greeted me by name, followed up on previous family/work life convos, and upheld such a safe and clean standard of living at Cortland Onion Creek. I wish all my apartment managers were like Danielle, maintaining an elevated renting experience that should be the standard at this point. Again, thank you for being an awesome apartment manager!”

Amber & Gregory (leasing team) are always happy to help. Maintenance is amazing too! They fix everything super quickly and with a huge smile. 100% recommend The Whitley :)”
“I want to take this opportunity to let everyone know what my experience was like moving into these apartments. There was a need for a relocation in a very short amount of time. Went into the office and spoke with Kourtney. She was very quick in getting a very quick move in date.As soon as the move in happened there were some things that needed fixed and most of them were as soon as needed. So far so good here. I will be keeping google ratings informed later on in my stay. But want to especially Thank Kourtney for her assistance with the move in process. The view doesn’t suck either”
“Honestly a great experience living here! Clean, mostly quiet; management seems to want to keep this place nice and comfortable to live in. Maintenance team is INCREDIBLE!!!There were cockroaches when we moved in but we were able to get rid of them pretty fast.”
“My experience was rough to start but they did everything in their power to rectify the situation a real good place to live if your starting out on your own or the first time very friendly staff and willing to work with you with any of your struggles”

1630 E 6th St, Austin“We stated here recently and the staff were so friendly and helpful. There is free coffee and a small gym. The location is great. I left my garmin strap in the room and they were very helpful in getting it back to me. Thank you to all the staff!”
“Thank you Hannah for your impeccable customer service! You were more than accommodating thru our buying process and had answers to our questions almost real time. Your knowledge of your product lines made it easy to narrow down the model that fit our needs and you walked us thru the various upgrade options seamlessly. We really appreciate it and I know we were not always the easiest customers with our laundry list of never ending questions. Also thank you to James the GM and Becky our closing agent, again our interactions were amazing and your customer service was impeccable. We also owe you a HUGE thank you for putting us in touch with Mike Tabb for our site prep, water well, septic, covered porches, skirting, etc, etc. He has been great to work with and does fantastic work! Finally, Unlimited Construction for the actual moving has been very quick to respond and came up with creative solutions to get the new home on our ranch thru some tight quarters. The entire experience has far exceeded our expectations and the fluid communications between Palm Harbor Round Rock, their factory contact, the delivery folks and the site prep and infrastructure needs has been wonderful. Keep doing what you are doing and know how much we appreciate our new home! Finally, icing on the cake was the nice, thoughtful gift basket at our closing. It was had very thoughfully selected items that are userful and nice for our new home.”
“We showed up for our scheduled tour at Stonelake Arboretum. Daniel Lara was the leasing agent in charge of our tour. We explained what we were looking for and, he immediately provided us with options. We are still in the process of choosing the right home. However, the positive & genuine experience at Stonelake (and meeting Daniel) has certainly helped us narrow our list of potential places to call home.”

91 Red River St, Austin“We recently moved into The Quincy from far away and could not have asked for a better place to live in. The amenities are by far the best I've experienced compared to other buildings. The staff are incredibly professional and have made the entire process enjoyable for us. Highly recommend this place!”
“We had the unfortunate reality of getting our car towed even when we had an apparantly outdated sticker. The management was kind to update our sticker! Now the towing company Space Makers was not so kind to reimburse our towing fee. They only paid back not even half the amount.”

The director, Colleen, made it super easy and stress free to switch units. My favorite people have been the maintenance crew! They are incredible and timely. I have only been here for a short amount of time, but it seems like the new leasing company is completely turning this place around.”

5811 Mesa Dr, Austin“I lived here for a year 2017-2018, and was actually sad when I left. I’ve recently moved back in and it’s even better. The property itself is beautiful, endless trees, a creek, walking trails, off leash dog park. I loved my previous apartment and love my new one even more as smart features have been added - A/C, lights, etc. I also really appreciate the effort the office team puts in to make their residents feel at home. When we moved in, we had a welcome basket that included so many basic things you might need during a move, and even a toy for each of our dogs. They also host events for holidays and special occasions, where they offer little goodies to the residents. It’s all just very thoughtful. I can’t say enough great things about MAA Park Mesa, it’s the best!”
“My husband and I lived at 404 Rio Grande for two years and absolutely loved it! The only reason we are leaving is because we're moving out of Austin, but I would've been happy to live here for longer! The location is hard to beat- it's a less than 10 minute walk to the Lady Bird Lake Trail, a 5 minute walk to the heart of Seaholm where there's coffee shops, Trader Joes, restaurants, and places that we can get appointments done (hair salon, dentist, eye doctor), and it's really in the center of Austin so most places we frequent are no more than 10 minutes driving distance. And if you like sports bars, West 6th street is 2 minutes walking distance. The area is more residential, so it really feels like a little tucked away corner of downtown which we really loved.
We've also really appreciated the management here and how well organized it is. Alexa, Shea, and all of the maintenance staff are wonderful. We've had to make very few maintenance requests, but when we have they've been resolved in 24 hours or less, usually within a few hours of putting in the request. They also don't skimp out on you when there's issues in the apartment. For instance, when our dishwasher broke, the maintenance team attempted to repair it initially. However, the issue persisted and after submitting a second maintenance request the next day, they promptly replaced the dishwasher that same day.
We've also really appreciated the free parking/guest parking. I never have to worry about friends having to deal with paying to visit our apartment or anything like that, and there's always ample room in the parking deck.
Overall, all of the neighbors here are very chill and respectful. The apartment is only a street over from bars, so sometimes people can be rowdy on the weekends in the hallway while walking back to their apartment, but it's never been an issue where neighbors are yelling through the night, partying by the pool, or anything of that nature. We also lived here with our dog and I was pleased with the interactions with the other pets that lived here as well and never worried about running into a neighbor with an aggressive dog. Alexa is also great at handling any issues you might have with specific neighbors and takes interpersonal issues in the apartment seriously. I really appreciated this because with apartment living, your neighbors can really impact how enjoyable it is to live there. There were hardly any issues with other neighbors, but I wanted to mention it because a lot of apartments don't take action if a neighbor is being inconsiderate, but 404 Rio Grande does.
I've always felt safe in this area, and I love that the apartment and garage are gated.
We didn't take advantage of this, but one thing I loved was that we had the option to transfer our lease if we ever saw another unit open up that we liked better. So if you ever want to upgrade to a two bed or see a unit open up that you like better, you can just transfer your lease to that unit without breaking your lease.
The only suggestion I have is to take out the fitness facility and turn it into free bike storage. I did have my bike stolen out of the parking deck, but Alexa warned us before even signing a lease that bikes have been stolen out of the garage, especially if you have a bike lock that can be easily cut (which I did). We kept our new bikes on our porch after that, but it would've been nice to be able to put those in a locked storage room in the apartment complex, and given that the fitness facility is so small and doesn't seem to be used frequently, I think it could be better used as bike storage since bike theft out of the garage is a known issue.”
“I am a 3rd party delivery service driver who had a package delivered to the property on a Saturday. I was having trouble contacting the customer. I came in through the leasing office not expecting it to be open, Geovana Navarro was gladly able to assist me to the right direction. After I completed my delivery, Geovana personally allowed me to use the restroom (that’s usually closed on weekends) after a long busy morning. I appreciate the generosity that Geovana shown me. Overall she is an amazing employee and the property looks amazing.”
