Then when I moved in Alec was very helpful and has some great recommendations for food and attractions nearby. The view from the lookout is incredible! Looking forward to being here for a while.”
“Moved in September of 2023, overall positive experience. Neighbors are neighborly and the community is well kept. Maintenance is on top of their work loads - when posting a work order, they are at the door within an hour or two depending on importance.
Dog park has improved but imo still needs work. (Remove all the dirt)
Great community events and wonderful people to surround yourself with.

“I moved in a month ago to Cortland Onion Creek. Grace Withers helped me through my move in process. She still helps me now that I have moved in with any questions I have, even questions that do not pertain to the community. If she doesn’t know the answer, she is willing to find out. Grace and Brian helped me find an auto service center and I was able to get my car repaired. Renee has also been kind and helpful when I have talked to her, thank you.
Alfonso and Raul have been awesome with the work request I have submitted. In addition, they do a great job maintaining the property. I appreciate everything they do.

“We were satisfied with the apartment. The fridge was a bit noisy. The noises from the street were clearly audible. The kitchen was large and had everything you need. I loved that it also had a soundbar and a large TV. The apartments are in a good location. There were many bars on the street. The access to the garage is not very suitable for deeper cars.”

“I've been living at the Clark for about 2 years now. The community is awesome and I love meeting my fellow residents! Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity of having Alex as my maintenance professional until now. I have had trouble with my water pressure and water heater for a couple of months now. I have put in many maintenance requests and nobody had ever fixed it. Alex came this morning and fixed everything within 30 minutes! He was very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. Thank you Alex!!!”

“I want to take this opportunity to let everyone know what my experience was like moving into these apartments. There was a need for a relocation in a very short amount of time. Went into the office and spoke with Kourtney. She was very quick in getting a very quick move in date.As soon as the move in happened there were some things that needed fixed and most of them were as soon as needed.So far so good here. I will be keeping google ratings informed later on in my stay. But want to especially Thank Kourtney for her assistance with the move in process.The view doesn’t suck either”
“Honestly a great experience living here! Clean, mostly quiet; management seems to want to keep this place nice and comfortable to live in. Maintenance team is INCREDIBLE!!!There were cockroaches when we moved in but we were able to get rid of them pretty fast.”

Your knowledge of your product lines made it easy to narrow down the model that fit our needs and you walked us thru the various upgrade options seamlessly. We really appreciate it and I know we were not always the easiest customers with our laundry list of never ending questions. Also thank you to James the GM and Becky our closing agent, again our interactions were amazing and your customer service was impeccable. We also owe you a HUGE thank you for putting us in touch with Mike Tabb for our site prep, water well, septic, covered porches, skirting, etc, etc. He has been great to work with and does fantastic work! Finally, Unlimited Construction for the actual moving has been very quick to respond and came up with creative solutions to get the new home on our ranch thru some tight quarters. The entire experience has far exceeded our expectations and the fluid communications between Palm Harbor Round Rock, their factory contact, the delivery folks and the site prep and infrastructure needs has been wonderful. Keep doing what you are doing and know how much we appreciate our new home! Finally, icing on the cake was the nice, thoughtful gift basket at our closing. It was had very thoughfully selected items that are userful and nice for our new home.”

We explained what we were looking for and, he immediately provided us with options. We are still in the process of choosing the right home. The staff are incredibly professional and have made the entire process enjoyable for us. Highly recommend this place!”
“We had the unfortunate reality of getting our car towed even when we had an apparantly outdated sticker. The management was kind to update our sticker! Now the towing company Space Makers was not so kind to reimburse our towing fee. They only paid back not even half the amount.”

“I am a 3rd party delivery service driver who had a package delivered to the property on a Saturday. I was having trouble contacting the customer. I came in through the leasing office not expecting it to be open, Geovana Navarro was gladly able to assist me to the right direction. After I completed my delivery, Geovana personally allowed me to use the restroom (that’s usually closed on weekends) after a long busy morning. I appreciate the generosity that Geovana shown me. Overall she is an amazing employee and the property looks amazing.”
