Then when I moved in Alec was very helpful and has some great recommendations for food and attractions nearby. The view from the lookout is incredible! Looking forward to being here for a while.”
“Moved in September of 2023, overall positive experience. Neighbors are neighborly and the community is well kept. Maintenance is on top of their work loads - when posting a work order, they are at the door within an hour or two depending on importance.
Dog park has improved but imo still needs work. (Remove all the dirt)

“I moved in a month ago to Cortland Onion Creek. Grace Withers helped me through my move in process. She still helps me now that I have moved in with any questions I have, even questions that do not pertain to the community. If she doesn’t know the answer, she is willing to find out. Grace and Brian helped me find an auto service center and I was able to get my car repaired. Renee has also been kind and helpful when I have talked to her, thank you.
Alfonso and Raul have been awesome with the work request I have submitted. In addition, they do a great job maintaining the property. I appreciate everything they do.

I loved that it also had a soundbar and a large TV. The apartments are in a good location. There were many bars on the street. The access to the garage is not very suitable for deeper cars.”

I have put in many maintenance requests and nobody had ever fixed it. Alex came this morning and fixed everything within 30 minutes! He was very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. Went into the office and spoke with Kourtney. She was very quick in getting a very quick move in date.As soon as the move in happened there were some things that needed fixed and most of them were as soon as needed.So far so good here. Keep doing what you are doing and know how much we appreciate our new home! Finally, icing on the cake was the nice, thoughtful gift basket at our closing. It was had very thoughfully selected items that are userful and nice for our new home.”

I came in through the leasing office not expecting it to be open, Geovana Navarro was gladly able to assist me to the right direction. After I completed my delivery, Geovana personally allowed me to use the restroom (that’s usually closed on weekends) after a long busy morning. I appreciate the generosity that Geovana shown me. Overall she is an amazing employee and the property looks amazing.”
