I had just come from Quest in Lakeway where I had the worst experience. Everyone seemed so miserable to work there.

Most of the time I have a very positive experience at ALTN. They have always worked with me when I got delayed slightly in traffic , and they don't seem to stack one appt. too close to the next. They have a good variety offering of tests. All in all a very positive experience. Wish they would offer more sales , but their pricing is certainly not out-of-line.

Convenient location. Please keep the Westlake site. It is great to have this option for lab draws for non insurance based tests.

My 4.5 year old was nervous about getting his blood drawn. They did SO well in keeping him distracted and prepping him for it! The facility was VERY clean and comfortable.
