We are so grateful for this KinderCare. The location is perfect for us, this was our first daycare experience, and we've been so fortunate, especially when we hear friends talk about the struggle to find the right place for their children. Our daughter was among the first to enroll here, so we've seen the center grow, facing the challenges of starting something new, yet the team has consistently worked hard to refine their processes and aim for excellence. Misti, Savannah, and the entire staff have been wonderful, making us feel genuinely comfortable with this partnership in raising our children. Our daughter absolutely loves her teachers which makes that morning handoff easier for the both of us, and more than that, she loves her classmates. She's two and a half and tells me all about her day with her friends in the few words she can say, it's pretty adorable. The meals are very nutritious and having the phone app for updates to see how my child is doing is the best. They've caught some incredibly precious moments on photo and video for us! We've recently enrolled our second child, and it's such a relief to have a stable, nurturing environment where we can see them learning and growing! Thank you AMKC team, we love you guys!

My husband and I decided to send our non talking 26 month old kid to daycare ( I know it is a bad idea). We couldn’t do the 3times a week speech therapy due to our busy schedule and on top of that it wasn’t helping. Only one option left: send him to daycare. Before KinderCare he was at a daycare for 3 months. We were not pleased with their services at all so we withdraw him. From the moment I sent a request to the center to dropping off my child the first day the whole process was so smooth: staff always smiling, teacher happy to answer all my questions, my child is welcome and look happier. Fast forward now (5 months at the center) , my kid has made some huge progress :identify numbers, letters, animals , colors and even make sentence of 3 words.
I am just glad we choose this center. My child is thriving and I couldn’t be more happier. Thank you to all the teachers- I can tell you all work together ?. Special Thanks you to you Ms Gunel and Ms Meghan for being so patient and to Mrs Misti for always getting back to my texts through the app. Would recommend this center to anyone !

I enrolled my daughter here a little over a year ago. The staff are all just as professional, the center is clean, and I love the communication. Any concerns or “first time parent” jitters are all put to rest when I get to talk to my child’s teacher and the director. I recommend this school to all of my friends and colleagues, and it’s been a great experience for our family!

Our experience with Anderson Mill Kindercare has been absolutely wonderful! Misti, Savannah, and all of the staff are attentive and welcoming. They do an amazing job of communicating information in a timely manner and keeping parents informed of upcoming events and any changes they may need to make. Our twins can’t wait to get to school each morning to see what new and exciting hands-on activity awaits them and what they will learn! They truly enjoying attending school and as a mother this makes my heart happy. I have no hesitation in recommending Anderson Mill Kindercare to anyone looking for an environment where their little one(s) will thrive and learn so much!

Every day when I pick up my 3.5 year old and 7 month old, I know that they were deeply cared for by their sweet and hard-working teachers. Every time I walk in the building, everyone has a smile on their face and I am greeted with the different antics my children were up to that day! My 3.5 year old is thriving and is learning new skills and adores her teachers. As hard as it is for any parent to have their infant in care, Misti’s team helped make the transition easier. Whenever there is a hiccup or issue Misti or Savannah will address it that day and will call us immediately. Misti, Savannah and Ivania are always available for communication and they lead their team with excellence.

Our son and daughter started there shortly after they opened. Our youngest was still in diapers at the time, but was ahead of the curve in the 2 year old class, so they recommended that we move her up. There were no changing tables in her new class, so we needed to get her potty trained ASAP. Miss Yuliana was a huge help with this and she was fully potty trained in just 2 short weeks!
The staff is always so kind, generous, and communicative. We love the cleanliness of the facility, the healthy meals, and that the kids are actually learning and getting prepared for elementary school. We love KinderCare!

Regrettably, my experience with KinderCare has been deeply disappointing. Initially drawn in by their promises of quality care, my expectations were not met. Concerns arose early on when I noticed the staff handling infants carelessly, without proper head support, and failing to maintain cleanliness, as my son was consistently found in a state of disarray, smeared with drool.
Despite my repeated pleas for vigilant diaper checks, due to his frequent bowel movements, these requests were overlooked, resulting in recurrent and painful diaper rashes. Believing in the director, Miss Misty's assurance of improved care, I decided against withdrawing my son. However, the situation did not improve; he continued to suffer from severe rashes caused by prolonged exposure to soiled diapers. This was particularly distressing given our proximity to the center, which made it unlikely for such issues to occur during our brief commute home.
The turning point came when I decided to address these ongoing issues directly with Miss Misty. Initially, she seemed open to discussion, requesting specific dates and details regarding the onset of the rashes. I complied, hoping for a constructive resolution. However, upon receiving my responses, Miss Misty's demeanor shifted dramatically to defensiveness. Abruptly, she advised me to unenroll my son, a stark departure from her earlier promise of open dialogue and improved care.
This series of events, culminating in the suggested withdrawal of my son, reflects a concerning lack of professionalism and accountability at KinderCare. The stark contrast between their promised service and the actual care provided, coupled with an unwillingness to address legitimate parental concerns, leads me to advise against this facility based on my personal experience.

Out of the 5 daycares we visited, KinderCare came in on top. We compared by affordability, cleanliness, knowledge and care for sensory needy kids, and teacher-student ratio.The director and co-director (Misti and Savannah) communicated professionally and kept us informed as our kids were getting settled in. The teachers have been there long term, are kind, and gentle.Our sensory needy kiddo is loving the school and making friends and learning so much!! Such a relief to have a caring staff watching our kids.Y’all are amazing! Thanks!!

It was horrible…… the first day I dropped off my baby I called to check on how she was doing and I was told they would call me back in 30 min after an hr and half of no call I sent a message on the app no response so I called back. They had told me that on the app they would record after every diaper change, meal snack but by 12 nothing was recorded. When I called they told me she was having difficulty crying and had a blowup and they didn’t have any clothes to change her mind you I had dropped clothes with her. She had extra clothes so they put her in a big t-shirt from the facility. I went to pick her up at 1 but she was sleeping so I went to the office and talked to two ladies one being the manager. I left and came back at 3 my baby was walking around with her onesie by her hip and the diaper was sagging as she walked. I had told them she was taking antibiotics so she was having diarrhea and they had to change her more frequently. She was only charge 2 times and she was there from 8:30am -3pm I changed her myself and her bottom was red by evening she had diaper rash which lasted for a week. This was just wrong on all levels I’m giving one star. I took my baby out of there and they wanted to change me for two more weeks. I should have asked for my money back.

Our 2 year old son has been enrolled in this daycare since April of this year. We could not be happier with the teachers, staff, cleanliness of Kindercare! Everyone in the center is so warm and caring and are always willing to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have. They provide breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks as well as diapers! The menu is wholesome and nutritious. We receive constant updates and pictures through the KinderCare app. Our son is thriving, has made loads of friends and absolutely loves going to the daycare! He also loves all the teachers like Ms Sydney, Ms Robin, Ms Ivania and Ms Becca! A special shout out to the center director Ms Misti for being so patient and answering all our questions during the tour as well as Ms Savannah for making the enrollment process very smooth. Highly recommend Anderson Mill Kindercare!

Everything about this Kindercare location is amazing. My child is THRIVING and learning so much. It is such a clean and welcoming facility. The staff is amazing and super friendly. The meals they serve the children are healthy. I love the communication and daily reports. Amazing over all :)

Being a dad for the first time creates so many learning moments. One of which is finding the right place to entrust your child to for their early development. After researching so many options, we stumbled across Kindercare at Anderson Mill. Their whole team there is absolutely amazing. My daughter is excited to be dropped off every time. Thank you all for what you do.

We decided to put our covid toddler with the Anderson Mill location because we want her to expand her social and learning skills with other children. We love seeing her growth daily through the app. We love how clean and safe the facility is. The staff is super friendly and caring. We highly recommend KinderCare Anderson Mill.

The people are wonderful, the campus is clean, bright, and cheerful, and they learn so much!!! We're so glad that we found KinderCare near our neighborhood. Children can learn and explore independently as well as with friends during classroom activities. They've made friends they look forward to seeing and their confidence keeps increasing as they learn new skills!
