Superb customer service, every single time. I called to see if they had The Big Lebowski, The Dude Christmas ornament and although she wasn't able to assist at that moment, she got my phone number and called within 15 minutes. It's.that kind of service that will always bring me back. Thank you!

Stay away! Online says they close at 8, at the doors it says 7, got there at 630 and they were closed. The lady inside saw me and looked away twice, I waited until she decided to approach me and mouthed something to the extent that they closed at 6. If the customer service would’ve been better I wouldn’t mind but they clearly do whatever they want.
