I chose Classic Collision for my car repair based on its former reputation as AMM Collision and high expectations for quality service. While the body work itself was satisfactory, the experience was marred by poor communication from the service advisor, Lucas. My car was in the shop for four weeks, yet I received only two updates from Lucas—one to notify me that my car was ready for pickup.
The lack of communication was particularly frustrating as I needed regular updates to coordinate the extension of my rental vehicle with my insurance. Instead, I had to remind Lucas personally, as my insurance had not received timely updates either. Additionally, I received inconsistent updates from the shop regarding completion dates, which proved unreliable.
For instance, after being informed that my car would be ready on a specific date, I verified this the day before with the shop. I was assured it would be available after 4 p.m. the next day, but upon arrival, I discovered my car wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be for another week. This miscommunication led to unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.
Overall, while the body work was done well, the service fell short of the promised customer care and support. Clear and timely communication is crucial, and in this regard, Classic Collision did not meet my expectations.

Quality workmanship! From the receptions to Dylan, the shop Forman explained what was being done and parts were ordered and explained parts were all there that was needed to repair.. Dylan explained he needed 2 1/2 weeks but completed in six working days! Classic communicate by texting as the repair went and we call one time and updated as to where it was in the paint department. Very satisfied ! Our Chevrolet Silverado Custom was brand new again!

I had very bad experience at this place. I brought my car to this shop and It took 3.5 months to finish their work to install the front subframe. One month later, I heard a strange noise not sure what it is. So we brought to South Nation Toyota to check out. Toyota diagnosed all the bolts hold the subframe are loosed and stripped and one of them is missing. This is very dangerous and not safe for us to drive. I wonder if Classic Collision double check mechanic work before delivery to customers. Moussa said he drove test every thing is good but he didn't actually check the work look at underneath the car. This is serious for our safety as customers. We has to take our car to different Classic Collison, hopefully they do better job!

DO NOT take your car here. After getting into a collision, my insurance recommended this shop to me. My car was drivable and not in horrible shape. This center does a horrible job at communicating with their customers. I had to call several times just to get an update. I began to be suspicious when I didn’t receive a call and I was told I would be able to pick up my car Friday. When I go to pickup my car, I’m told my battery is dead. So I have to go buy a new battery which is odd since it was a brand new battery! This led me to believe they do not store their cars properly and the lady at the front told me because it was left out in the sun.
I take them my battery and before driving off, I’m told my air conditioning isn’t working. I let them take my car back and then all of a sudden my car is NOT DRIVABLE! They do some really shady stuff here and offered to tow my car to the dealership since they had a mechanic working on my car that was not Volkswagen certified. The dealership tells me that when they jumped my car they blew a fuse in the radiator since they jumped in backwards!!!! My insurance is not willing to accept this claim and now I’m having to pay 2,300 out of pocket when this should’ve never happened. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

I just received top notch service and care from the S. Manchaca location Classic Collision. They seamlessly got my rental car to pick me up at the shop just minutes after I dropped my car off and stayed in excellent communication with me during the entire process. I got texts every couple days updating me on the progress of my repairs and WOW! when I went to pick up my car it looked amazing. Not only was the repair undetectable but my whole car was spotlessly cleaned and looked fantastic! I hope to never be in a wreck again but if so I know where I will take my car. Mousa Khalaf was my wonderful service advisor and very communicative every step of the way. 5 stars plus!!!!

A horrible experience. I'm still waiting for them to call me so they can finish fixing my car. They delivered it to me because they were waiting for some parts and to date they haven't called me to finish their work.

The best experience I have ever had with a mechanic/body shop.
My KIA got stolen as part of a TikTok challenge. They broke a rear window and messed up the ignition. I also had previous damage on the bumper from an accident.
Roy was just so kind, calm and informative.
I got text messages with updates almost daily. My car was repaired within 2 weeks which was
miraculous. The insurance adjuster said it might take several months!
Thank y’all so much…I was able to get that car looking brand new again and drove straight to a dealership to sell it.

DON'T take your car here!!!! They did a sloppy job being careful with my car as i had several damages on the same side that was being repaired, such as cracks, scratches, damages to my ceiling in the car and parts not being on properly. I did address this with the person who was responsible for my car and said they would fix it, but nothing has been done.
Update: They failed to fix my car right, the same side that I had damages on that they supposedly "fixed", messed up after some time. I took it into a shop, and i was told it was from an impact. There's a reason why insurance picks these kinds of places because they are cheap!!! Now I'm stuck paying thousands in damages all because they couldn't do their job right the first time.

We've had a couple experiences with Classic Collision and each time has been easy and professional. They provide wonderful customer service and communication. The ladies in the office are friendly and attentive, especially given the volume of calls and people that were in and out while I was there! Dylan was great in delivering status updates and getting my vehicle back to me quickly! Thank you!

Friendly, responsive, excellent work. Kept me informed on timing and delivered ahead of schedule. Did all the paperwork with Allstate so I didn't need to. Picked me up from home and gave me a ride home.
