Classic Collision is an exceptional collision center! Not only did they fix our car perfectly, but it was way earlier than anticipated (even during Christmas).
Angel is a phenomenal representative for Classic Collision, his customer service was out of this world. Angel communicated updates, with detail, often and kept us at ease throughout the process.
Upon picking our vehicle up, we noticed everything looked as good as new. I hope we never have a collision with a deer again, but if so we will be going to see Angel at Classic Collision!
Oh and also, they will drive you down the road to enterprise if you need to grab a rental, very convenient.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with the collision center team. From arriving I was greeted with such kindness. Ozzy the manager was amazing in handling all of our concerns.
Our car was finished in record timing. And looks brand new.!!

From start to finish, the experience was exceptional, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided – and best of all, it was FREE!!
Upon arrival, I was greeted by a lady at the front desk who was not the best at hiding her annoyance but eventually was able to direct me to Rolando who was super chill, and made sure I was all good.
He took a look at my engine hood for 30 seconds and knew what the issue was. He explained that the hood didn’t have enough negative pressure to bounce upward once the lever under my steering wheel was pressed. He adjusted two screws/knobs on the hood itself and it worked!!
Best of all – he did it for FREE while Toyota of North Austin was going to charge me $190 to look at it and that did not include the price to fix it.
I was truly impressed by Rolando’s craft and ability to diagnose my issue within less than a minute. I 100% recommend you ask for Rolando when you visit Classic Collision. I called and was able to be seen in less than 30 minutes (which may not be the case for everyone depending on your exact issue). Regardless, I will undoubtedly return for any future needs. Thanks Rolando!

I couldn't be more pleased with staff (especially Rolando) at Classic Collision Research. Everything went on schedule with the repair, and the car was delivered on time, with multiple updates on the progress.

Rolando was amazing as usual! It was my second time visiting, the first time due to an accident last year and he took the time to explain all the details regarding how long it would take to fix it, and completed it in less time (ETA was about a month, fixed in about 2 weeks!).
Today I came by due to bumper issues and he quickly was able to assess the problem and fix it with no worries (10-15 minutes tops). Appreciate Rolando and the staff here at Classic Collision for doing a fantastic job, being responsive, and quickly detailing the itinerary for the fix! Highly recommend.

They were really friendly and helpful. They worked with my insurance to repair my car and when I had a little issue happen about a month after they took care of it quickly and helped show me what was going on.

Absolutely outstanding collision repair. My car was damaged from a tree falling on it. Anyone who has insurance should definitely come here. Fast, expert repairs & great shop warranty on thier work. Had Ozzy (a manager) personally follow up already to make sure everything was good with the car. They repaired roof, front panels & paint match- you'd never know the extreme damage I had!

This place is not good. Multiple issues with my car and the made excuse after excuse as to why I shouldn’t fix their mistakes. I am still dealing with issues two years later and they are basically telling me to kick rocks. One dude strung me on for months about a paint chip (after the repair issue) and a mismatched trim piece (should have been chrome, they ordered matte chrome); he kept telling me the replacement part was on back order only to finally stop responding 6 months into it and quit working here. I called in and they told me they have no record of working on this part. It’ll cost me $400 to buy the part. F this place.
EDIT: to respond to their response. I called them two weeks ago to address the ongoing issues. They have not contacted me once and on the phone told me that if they could not find a paper trail of the issue that it'll be on me. If you go here, don't take the car off the lot until they fix every issue.

Amazing quick service that don’t overcharge you like other places. Hopefully I won’t need to use them again soon but if I do need repairs I know where to go.
