The staff were very professional and helpful. Julio took care of my car and did a wonderful job at fixing the issue. I would genuinely suggest people to go here. Even the front office was very accommodating and sweet. They made sure I had my rental car in time and was giving timely updates of the car’d status. I give a full 5 stars to their team for their efforts and quality of work. Thank you.

Okay. Second review of this awful company!! My first review was the lack of quality and knowledge at Anderson Mill shop. It only gets worse from there. Recap: had a wreck July of 2023. Took to Anderson Mill location because they're a GEICO-recommended shop. Horrible! Painted my car twice. It was still wrong. Bumper they replaced kept popping out. Noise rolling around rear end. Tire sensors not working. Manager tells me after 10 grand to get my car the hell off his lot or he will tow it. GEICO talks to District Manager and they ask me to try Pflugerville location. So I did. Three days turned into two weeks. Never offered me a loaner. Spencer, my service tech there, found that Anderson Mill had not attached bumper correctly and that's why it popped out. He fixed that. He found that when they were looking for hub lock in the back, they took my spare out and NEVER replaced it!! So he replaced it. He said his painter knew exactly what they did wrong in paint application - didn't let it dry between certain coats. So after three paint jobs it's finally right. Except there's like a fingerprint size smudge in it. Spencer says they can buff that. The tire sensors to this day are still not working. I've been sick since Oct. 16. Get in my car today and see tire sensors still not working. So call Spencer. He's busy. Veronica answered the phone. She said he wasn't available. I asked for his voicemail. She said she didn't want to transfer me and it not work, could she write it down. We've been through this where he never received message. So I asked for the District Manager's number. She said she didn't have it. I said get it and before I could finish, she hung up on me. Called GEICO and told them the bad customer service must be systemic in company. Steer as far clear of this place as you can. I've literally NEVER experienced anything like this before

After dealing with another body shop for 2+ months, that acted as though they didn't care about my vehicle, I went to Classic Collision on Anderson Mill. Immediately felt as though they wanted to help me. The issue is that the roof needs to be replaced, along with a lot of other hail dents. The first shop put forth minimal effort and got nowhere. Julio, with Classic Collision, walked into the office while I was being helped, picked up the phone and a new roof arrived the next day. A couple days later I dropped off my truck and the work has begun. Light years ahead of the previous shop. Thank you to Classic Collision for proving that customer service is not dead. AV

After evaluating Austin shops, I found this particular one.Staff was super professional and I worked with Julio to repair my vehicle. He’s probably the nicest person at this location so be sure to ask for him and tell him the black GR Corolla referred you. He compared my car to a Porsche (appreciate you Julio!)After waiting on parts (backorder due to supply chain) for weeks, Julio and Steve had superior customer service and care for the vehicle.The car was done in a week and a half for minor repairs and my car is black. Car was spotless and cleaned properly as well as a supportive welcoming staff.Would recommend any day of the week!

I have taken 3 cars (2 totaled) to this location. TLDR: Bad Repairs, incomplete jobs, no follow-up, bad customer service. Please go anywhere else. I waited almost a year to write this review to allow them to fix this. I give up! Bad Repair: Of the one car they repaired, they put the bumper on wrong. I got there, no one had walked the vehicle, all the spacing was off, it looked terrible. They apologized and said they would fix it in 45 minutes. I left and came back and it was fixed, but my passenger mirror was on back order. Mirror Backorder: No problem, it's not destroyed just damaged. It took over 6 months to get the mirror, and I emailed them numerous times with no reply about the status of the mirror. When I called for the manager John, miraculously, the mirror was there the next week. They put the mirror and didn't calibrate it. Calibration not done: So, I called back again, they setup an appointment to calibrate, I came back. Waited 2 hours for the guy that calibrates mirrors/camera, and he got the dates wrong. I looked up the info online and calibrated it myself (Honda Lane Watch). 2nd Broken Mirror: I unfortunately hit the same mirror on the garage frame and damaged it. I called John....he told me he would try to find a used part once a week, and get back with me. I've left email after email, and phone message after message. Waiting Months in between, as not to bother him. Not one reply, not one call. No follow-up: You can leave as messages and emails as you like, they will never get back you. It's awful....I'm being as polite as can be...and they just don't care. I tell them I've left 10 messages, they don't care. The lie and say John's out of the office....what? You just said he was there. Here is the bad thing, if you get John on the phone, he seems like such a quality person. But he never follows through, neither do any of the staff. It's very clear that they just don't care. And I so wanted to like them. I can't wait for the empty, lip service reply of "Thank you for bringing this to management's attention". If you don't see an update from me....then they did nothing to make this right (and they don't care). Please learn from my mistake and go somewhere else.

Car was wrecked they fixed it and it did the same exact thing it did. Now they are trying to tell me that it is not from the wreck. I just took it back last Monday supposedly they fixes it. Had to call them because car over heated there was no antifreeze once again then there was oil on my engine. And now saying it's not from the wreck. The radiator was one of the issues from the wreck. So now I am going to have to contact a lawyer. Don't take your car there.

Having been in a small fender bender and needing the right job done at the right time frame I'm glad that I went to this shop. Nobody wants to be involved in an accident but if you are and want an excellent job and extremely quickly and efficiently then this shop is the right place to choose.Service: Body & Trim

The team made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in, (my first experience with something like this). Explained everything in detail and showed great interest in getting my car back to perfection. :). When I returned to drop my car off, same great customer service! I can't to see the final results and add to my review (2/12/23).

they "replaced" my 1400$ headlight, it didn't even work. They "fixed my bumper. Still looks the exact same other than the scratches they took off. They replaced my tire and now there's a loud noise coming from that tire. Keep in mind my insurance paid 7.3k yes thousand. And my car came back worse than it went in. I specifically asked them to reach for a new bumper they said there wasn't enough damage to my car...
