I recently moved into AMLI on 2nd, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! The staff here are exceptional. From the moment I inquired about availability, their professionalism and friendliness shone through. They were always ready to answer my questions and provide assistance.
One of the standout features of this apartment building is the quick response times for service requests. Whether it was a minor maintenance issue or a question about amenities, the team addressed my concerns promptly and efficiently. It's evident that they genuinely care about the residents and strive to create a comfortable living experience.
The community atmosphere is welcoming, and the amenities are top-notch. I highly recommend AMLI on 2nd to anyone looking for a great place to call home

I signed a lease here for one year last August and loved the interior the newly rehabed unit and the pricing was competitive with other apartments in downtown ATX. However, in the last few months there have been a ton of KASA (like Airbnb) renters and it caused the elevators to be extremely slow (there are only 2 in the main lobby) and the pool would be filled with kids at all hours of the day. Ultimately, I decided to move out for that reason because you are paying a premium to live in a luxury building and I have lived in 8 different buildings of the same caliber all across the country. On top of that, the management team was completely unfair in there assessment of "damages" to the unit and not only did I not get my security deposit back (never has happened) but I owed money on top of that. They needed 60 days notice to terminate my lease, I gave them notice 55 days in advance, so because of that I had to then pay the "month-to-month" rate for the extra 5 days that were added to my lease end date totally $939 on top of damages. Absolutely ridiculous, horrible customer service, and would not recommend this building to any one of my friends or family.

When we came to view the property, Warren took great care of us and continued to keep in touch to answer our questions. After that, Miriam picked up where he left off, and has been a great help with move-in. Both of them are excellent and I could not have dreamed up better people to assist us with this experience. Not to mention Prince, the concierge, is kind and GREAT at his job. He is here to direct anyone we might need to come up to our unit, and is happy to answer any questions we might have about the building. On the logistical side, the service elevator and loading dock make things simple for the actual moving. The resident and guest parking situation is easy and well managed. The building and amities are well maintained. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I moved from Cali with very little notice and was nervous to not have a lot of time to find a place. Chase helped me with everything I needed and even recommended a good taco place to try. I guess I’m a Texan now.

With my complicated move and renewing of lease i know it was a bit of a hassle and challenge but everyone handled it great. The whole team is great but Chase Ramlow specifically really did a great job keeping things smooth and going above and beyond.

Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. This apartment complex is poorly ran, unsafe and a scam. You will be charged $300-600 in utilities which they fail to mention when you tour. Homeless people have tried to break into my apartment. Their staff have broken into other residents apartments. It’s a mess. The appliances are low quality and constantly breaking down and they do nothing to help you. Please don’t live here!!!! PS they have never reached out to me promptly or on time! All lies.

The apartments are well maintained and built with excellent quality, everyone in the office is always helpful and kind. We loved our stay at Amli on 2nd.
