guys who work here are super creepy i went friday night it used to be nothing but girls working here which made the experience comfortable but i have never been so uncomfortable with a smoke shop experience until friday they got new people who know nothing about the product i kept asking questions about the brands of vapes and you could barely understand his english let alone his description of the vapes it was honestly such an offputting experience and i wont be returning i hope they find better employees and not creepy old guys

They’re attitude is not friendly and I bought tobacco pipe and broke the day I bought cheap glass I tried to see if they would exchange it and they didn’t even wanna bother with me about it so not shopping here again

Just here to attest to the rude, ignorant front girl everyone else has mentioned. Don’t know how she ended up getting hired at a smoke shop considering how little knowledge she has. She didn’t know the difference between a rig and pipe and tried to convince me they’re the same thing. She was also very standoffish, and I seemed to inconvenience her for asking for help. Not a welcoming environment.

the store hours they have on google says they’re open at 8 on saturdays. I got here at 10 AM and there are multiple customers walking up to the door to find out it’s closed. No one there to pick up the phone or anything. Unprofessional.

Love this smoke shop! Bella is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and not to mention gorgeous! I’ve really been enjoying my latest find there…a cart battery with temp color changing effects. Def recommend this place!
