I got my lashes here last week. Tell me why just about almost all of them came off. The lady was rude. I'm all about second tries, but I don't know if I want to continue throwing away my money like what if they all fall out again now, I understand there is fallout that way we get refills but for all the lashes to fall out in just one week I've gone to the ladies at Walmart and their shit last longer very disappointing I even wasted money on all their products. Too keep up with the lashes I feel like somebody just took my money and then they say they give you a blanket. It was so cold in there she didn't even offer me a blanket. Smh and I signed up to be a member.

I don't think that I got an experienced lash tech. Maybe I should've asked more questions, but I feel like for first timers, the staff should go over everything thoroughly. I didn't receive the lash style that I asked for and my lashes look like someone just practiced on them. Honestly so disappointed.

I had a 4:00 appointment with Bri. Her immediate negative demeanor indicated she might be having a rough day. Before my appointment I called to inform the salon about a slight delay due to unforeseen circumstances. Despite arriving 9 minutes late, they said it was not a problem and to drive safely. My brother-in-law passed away and we were rushing out of state for his funeral. We had an appointment to get an updated RV registration. They were running behind but I couldn't reschedule. I called the studio as soon as I left the office to share I was running a few minutes late. I fully understand time commitments and respecting appointment start times especially because my prior commitment to an appointment was not respected which made me run few minutes late as well. The receptionist thanked me for calling to give the heads up and said it wasn't a problem. The client before me was still checking out while I waited so I felt better knowing I would have been waiting anyways. After a few minutes and then Bri still setting things up in the room we got started. Bri's pace during the appointment felt slower than usual compared to other techs, and she seemed either frustrated or reserved compared to other stylists. I noticed she moved a lot slower than other appointments before. I immediately noticed Bri came off as either having a flustered day or perhaps she just had a colder personality than the other girls here. Either way, I thought the exchange was pleasant enough, and she started. We sat for a while as she fanned at the end, which was noticeably longer than any other time I've had an appointment. When I sat up I gasped because the outsides of my eyes weren't done and there were noticeable gaps. I mentioned as kindly as I could there were visible spaces. She laughed. Out loud. And then stated, "Ya. You were late. That's all I have time for." I started to panic and said "Wait a second, I don't understand, so what happens now?" And she coldly began tossing items down on her tray and shrugged & said that's "all I get". My eyes welled up with tears panicking that she was leaving me in that state. I technically wasn't even over on time, she finished few minutes before and instead of arguing with me for a minute and dramatically rolling her eyes had she just applied a few more lashes to finish the job she could have fixed the problem. This wasn't a time thing, this was a power struggle. She wasn't even ready when I got there and suddenly she treated me as if I missed half the appointment. If she didn't think she would have time to finish the job, this should have been effectively communicated before she started by explaining I should be aware there would be a chance she'd only make it partially through the job and I would have politely just not had my lashes done at all. Instead she mentioned it wasn't a problem when we started. Feeling shocked, I approached the receptionist to explain the situation. Though understanding, due to time constraints, I couldn't schedule a follow-up before leaving for a funeral the next morning. It was disheartening to experience such treatment from what I thought was a respectable studio. I tried to remain respectful but inquisitive. I walked outside before I said something unprofessional because I wanted to control my emotions despite feeling very triggered and attacked. I realized that in spite of my anger, she was still a person, no one is perfect, and I needed to be the bigger person, and still needed to leave a tip, even if it wouldn't have been as big as I normally left someone. Why did I walk back in? I realized that as dissatisfied as I was with her service I forgot to tip her because I'm not a monster. I immediately I walked back in to listen to her insult me. And I awkwardly stood there waiting for them to notice I was there. Instead of tipping her I confirmed my membership cancelation. Despite this negative encounter with Bri, I want to acknowledge exceptional staff like Ro

I’ve been going to this location for a few month, and my experience has always been great with my usually master stylist Mariela. However, my recent Full set appointment was scheduled with another stylist. Still a master because I didn’t mind paying the up charge for quality work, but that’s not what I received. During my service her hand was pressing down hard on my nose the entire time, which is not the proper technique for application. The service it self was very uncomfortable because of it. Then the days following I’ve lost between 8-10 lashes DAILY and the extensions are falling out not attached to a natural lash, meaning it was not attached correctly. I also have a drop of black glue on my eye lid. My lashes are 6 days old and they look like they at least two weeks out. I paid over 150$ for my full set and when I contacted them to talk about my service and if anything can be done, they said they can’t do anything for me, but setup a refill appointment if I feel like I need one. I’m not one to complain being that I was once a former employee in a different location and I can understand what they deal with on a daily, however I know when lashes are not applied properly and what is/is not normal fall out. Overall it’s been an disappointing experience.

Maddison the master stylist was very rude and rough with my eyes and lashes. She taped down my lashes but did a very shoddy job I asked her to retake them and that’s when her attitude and demeanor changed drastically. She made me feel incredibly uncomfortable during my session to the point where I had to ask to stop as I reached for my phone and she told me not to record her even though I hadn’t even started. She then pulled out her phone smiled at me and said that she’s already been recording me for several minutes withou my knowledge. This is disturbing behavior to have represent a business. Her and the front desk girl would not let me speak to a manager. Remove the lashes currently on my eye or put me with a different tech they treated me as if I was disgruntled for complaining about the treatment I received and asked me to leave. I’ve been getting my lashes done at amazing lash for 5 years and never once have I had someone mistreat me like this.

I had a brand new lash set and the girl put so much glue that none fell out for like 3 weeks. She used a sharpie to draw I guess where she was going to put the hairs and I could smell it. She also got glue in my eye during the procedure. Also if they offer you $79 for a full set - keep in mind this is for a classic set. Any volume will cost you and addition $65 and more for like mega volume

I have a “bald” spot already. It’s been 3 hours. This as my first time ever getting extensions, I expressed that and the lash tech went through my options I showed her pictures of a look I wanted and we picked a length. All is well we finish up, they don’t look like the brochure picture or the picture that I presented. Okay. Not what I wanted but they look good on my face and I wasn’t quite sure what was going on anyways.I go to check out and i stand there for several minutes while the receptionist figures out something but she did not acknowledge me until done with the conversation With the manager/owner? Not a huge deal I often get stuck on the phone or am juggling 2-3 people at once, but it added to the less than satisfactory experience. The artist went over caring for my lashes but i wasn’t offered to purchase anything so I didn’t. I make my way home start packing to head out of town and decide to take a gander at the lashes. They are unevenly dispersed and I have a bald spot. The left inner corner is HEAVY with the lashes the right side… not so much. And there is what’s seems to me as a wide section of eye that has no lash extensions. I’ll attach pictures (not flattering close ups)I think. No problem. I can work this out I am not afraid to send an email/text/contact information sheet. I work 8-5 and that’s probably the times the manager/owner works so they we can just reach each other at earliest conveniences. no email to contact just a phone number -not the most helpful. I’ll be calling too.I have events this weekend a just wanted to enjoy them and get a little boost with the lashes and honestly I will probably go get them removed Saturday morning (somewhere else) before my first even in the early afternoon. Also the music playing was old and loud. While my artist was calming and tried to make the experience relaxing it was not. The rooms should have individual or Bluetooth speakers so clients can dictate music preference. (Also part of the less than satisfactory experience)I was then charged not the price for introductory lashes but didn’t notice until I got home. Also if I was going to pay 160 for lashes at this point I would just find an independent artist in Austin. I liked the idea of credits and paying a membership like I do with several other self are services. This studio was just so convenient and mutual and mentioned good things, but after this I’m unlikely to return for anything outside of a refund and someone to attach two lashes to my bald spot.TLDR: I don’t feel like I got what I paid for and what I paid was not worth the experience/service I got.Service: Eyelash extensions

Do not waste your time and money on this place. I signed up for the membership and it was fine the first couple months. Then all of a sudden, I would get cancelled on for my appts day of or day before saying the lash tech had an "emergency" or was sick. This happened about 5 times. After complaining, they booked me at another location and guess what? The day before that location cancelled on me too!!! It's insane. I also found out when the lash tech doesn't want to come in, they just cancel the whole day of clients and close the location! How they stay open and keep business is beyond me. Terribly ran company. I cancelled my membership. They never even tried to make things right. I regret ever trying this place.

Amazing Lash Studio has excellent staff doing the lashes, and their prices are very reasonable especially when they have promotions.

I was the first client in Studio on this particular day. My second time having extensions in about 10 yrs. My stylist, a smoker because I smelled it on her hands, left the door open to my "spa experience" room. I got to hear the conversation between employees in the lobby about "her" and "her boyfriend ". Let's forget the unprofessional atmosphere (synthesized music sounding like a 1968 transistor radio), my lashes didn't last a week!! And I paid extra for a senior tech!!!! You Do Not Get what you pay for!! Don't waste your money!!

This is an awful business. They are not only rude but the service they provide is seriously lacking! They don’t care at all about their customers they only care about making a profit, even at the expense of causing pain to others. They gave me conjunctivitis and argued with me about it. Made me pay to get my extensions removed! And continued to charge my credit card after I tried to cancel. And now they tell me there is nothing they can do. I will just lose all of my money. Just horrible!

I wish that I could give you zero stars! I have had the worst customer service with this company! Your lash extensions not only gave me conjunctivitis but I was asked to pay to have them removed. I was then continually charged for membership during Covid when my work hours were reduced to 10 hours per week. I tried calling the studio but my calls were never answered. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which got your attention but then I was ignored again and again! Now I'm told that I will lose all of the money I have put into that membership. The membership that I tried to cancel. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Find a different lash studio!

It was my 1st time getting lash extensions. Of course I’m super nervous about it and have no idea what to expect. Once I arrived I wasn’t really explained what the steps were. When I was pulled back I wasn’t explained the different styles or shapes or volume. The lash technician just started stating different styles but didn’t explain in detail of what it would look like with my eye shape. So to be safe I just said a natural look. It took about 3 and half hours for a full set. I’m not sure if that’s normal due to the website saying 1 hour to 90 mins. Once I was paying I didn’t get instructions how to take care of my lashes or when to come back in. Also about 10 mins from leaving I started to notice lashes falling off just constantly falling off even with out rubbing just blinking once I saw them falling off it wouldn’t stop. So now I have half my lashes and it looks very uneven. Over all I was very disappointed with the outcome and the money I spent as well was not worth it. I did this to get a confidence boost after having my baby and most definitely this didn’t boost my confidence but actually made it worst. Unfortunately this experience will most definitely not want to get lashes again.Service: Lash lift
