The ladies here and management have been very kind, but I had 1 “negative” experience in the past which was addressed by management. The salon is clean and as long as you make sure you’re with a lash stylist who meshes well with your personality. I’ve appreciated the service and care I’ve received. I was really upset last year after I had a bad experience with only 1 person, but it may have just been an off day for her. Overall the experience has been positive otherwise, and minus only the one time I have always enjoyed the experience I’ve received and the friendly people behind the scenes.

It’s impossible to make an appointment when they don’t answer the phone or call back. I’ve been trying for 3 days to make an appointment without being able to reach a human being.

I had an incredible experience at Amazing Lash Salon! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. The lash technicians are truly skilled professionals who listened to my preferences and delivered stunning results. The salon is clean, and they prioritize hygiene and safety. I'm thrilled with my beautiful lashes, and I can't recommend this salon enough. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

ive been going here about 6-8 months...that being said they do cancel last minute fairly often. The customer service at the front desk is awful. This morning I had a 10 am appt they canceled at 0905 leaving me a voicemail. When I called back to reschedule & say I think you called canceling I'd like to reschedule the girl said no we didn't cancel we need to move you to 1pm, I said that wont work for me & she said ok and hung up. This is not out of the ordinary for this business, my friends have had the same complaints and staff often gives you attitude.

Updated BAD review:Went and got lashes done ALL fell out with in two days. And they saw the review and set up a time for me to come back in to get them done again. After DAYS of trying to get in contact with a manager my overall experience of a week was so terrible that I decided on just getting a refund. 3 days later I FINALLY get ahold of a manager confirm my card and a swift promise of "getting a refund." Well A WEEK LATER and still NO refund reflecting on my account. Needless to say if you come here and are disappointed count your losses because their front end staff and management won't do anything to actually help you. They just want your money in hopes that you take back your bad review.

Incredibly unprofessional and rude management. I have hung in there at this location for several years due to convenience and the fact that I had finally found a quality lash stylist. It is the holidays and a rainy day. Plus an extremely difficult time of year for me due to the death of my brother 2 days before Christmas. At a time of year when people should be kind to one another -this office manager was so incredibly pompous, condescending arrogant-rude. Not only did she not apologize for her incredibly rude and pedantic behavior-she double and triple down on it. I have been a loyal customer of Amazing Lash studios for no less than 5 years in spite of their inconsistent quality and unhappy staff and have referred many friends over the years (to the handful of quality stylists). If this company continues to condones this sort of treatment of customers by this self important unprofessional and toxic manager Kaitlin Dennis -I will be terminating my membership post haste as it is clear from reading other reviews -this is hardly the first time Kaitlin/Katie has been incredibly rude to customers. It boggles the mind as to why she is left in this position to ruin people’s days on what appears to be a regular basis. I just feel sorry for the people who have to work for her. I can happily take my business elsewhere. I will post an update when I find a quality lash studio that values its patrons. A HUGE amount of ugliness from her due the the fact that I needed a “lash bath” even though my hair was actually wet from having JUST gotten out of the shower. Absolutely nuts! This company will lose my 5 plus years of great tipping business due to a $5 “lash bath and a lunatic on a power trip!!!

Let me tell you how this manager scammed me for 6 times the DOLLAR AMOUNT she told me.I came in to use up my credits for my full set. I told my lash lady I didn’t want volume from my last visit. I told her specifically only the length sizes I wanted. When I checked out, the manager said I’m all done my credits covered everything, would I like to add a tip? I pulled out my card for a 20% tip that the manager HELPED me calculate to $13. I got charged six times that amount. I called back for the unauthorized charged, and they said it was.. wait for it. Volume.I specifically said no to volume. They said well you always get volume. THATS exactly why I wanted change TODAY. I gave management an option to keep the tip but refund the unauthorized charge that was for an unauthorized style OR I get my money back anyway from the bank for an unauthorized charge completely , my lash lady loses her tip, and I drop a review for dissatisfaction, stealing, lying, and being confident in it all too.Manager chose for her lady to lose her tip and to lose the charge for her work by lack of communication and professionalism.Being fully confident and wrong do not mix, in fact it’s the most annoying thing a company can be. That is called not paying attention, speaking out of place, not stating the total charge, and stealing. She really tried to tell me I requested something I went in trying to avoid. She told me I requested volume like she was in the room with me when she was not! Accept when you’re wrong, accept that you made a mistake, don’t have your company and EMPLOYEES pay for it. Literally.TOP it off, she tried to tell me to calm down when I was calm, and lower my volume when I wasn’t yelling. It’s called assertive and a conversation not going your way. That’s what really made you uncomfortable.I refuse to pay for someone’s lies, and yes girl you know I got my money back ;)

My first time using this location. The only thing I asked for different from my notes was longer lashes. My lashes were very thin once completed, I selected any stylist and was given a Master stylist (extra fee). I was also charged for mega volume and received 6d. The ladies at the front were not nice about explaining the extra charges. Also when I went to another location after I was told no notes were left from my appointment. Very disappointed & over charged from this experience.photos show the difference between lash appointments and asking for the same exact thing. The thin lashes are from this location.
