Talk about discrimination they took my son off a ride to put another kid same color as the person operating the machineAs for your response, not only people of color get discriminated. My son is not but looks white and clearly he got discriminated. Your worker told him to get off a ride he was already sitting on so he can sit a kid of color that had just walked in.

Note: I did not go through with the moonwalk rental. This review is based on my experience communicating with the business. The good: the person I spoke to on the phone, as well as the one I texted with, was professional and courteous. The bad: I'm not a fan of businesses that lack price transparency. I was told one price on the phone and then days later the quote I received was much, much higher - basically jumped from an expected $350 to $900 all in. When I expressed shock over the discrepancy I was told that they were unaware of the pricing change this season. ? Anyway, it's too much for my kiddo's backyard birthday party but I could see a school, church or corporate event going for it. And if the service provided matches the customer service (in terms of politeness, not expeditiousness) then they are probably a safe bet.

I cannot say enough good things about Amanzi Party Rentals/Bounce Across Texas! The friendliness and professionalism of the staff and delivery team go far beyond expectation, and the products are better than described! We have used them for my daughter's last two birthday parties, and we are always so happy! We will continue to do business with Amanzi/Bounce Across Texas and HIGHLY recommend you use them as well... you will mot be disappointed! The fun times, videos and memories are endless! not recommended at all...1st my niece really wanted the bull for her birthday which we rented the price was high but she really wanted it so we made it happen, a couple of days before the party we get an email saying they were not going to be able to attend we called them several of times no response so we looked somewhere else found another one for a way cheaper price, we finally get a call back saying that was not them that it must of been a spam message us not trying to make a big deal were like okay we will just have 2 bulls since we had already paid for both of them.2nd the day of the party they show up an hour early since we pay for each hour that was not a good thing luckily some kids were there already so they rode for a little bit then the bull broke down luckily we had rented 2 if not then we wouldn't of have technically had a bull. He stayed his time and we just left it like that but we do know that we will not go with them again, not recommended at all.

I was a guest at a party that used one of their mechanical bulls. It broke down during the party and the hosts were not refunded for even a portion of the price even though it occurred during the hours it was rented for. It’s also really unprofessional the way their team is responding to comments of customers when the business was the one in the wrong. Wouldn’t recommend.

I have used Amanzi twice, two years in a row for the mechanical hog ride. Heather was great getting my event planned ahead of time and April was amazing setting it up and operating the ride all night! April was so sweet and helpful.

As Lifestyle Director for Sata Rita Ranch, we had the privilege of using Amanzi Party Rentals. Incredible! Professional, reliable and very communicative. We had the pleasure of having them bring out an ice-skating rink, a big polar bear bounce house and mechanical reindeer bull. With their experience with hosting the UT football game events in Austin, they have become a preferred vendor. Fully staffed, on time, great equipment and a BIG catalogue to choose from. We highly recommend them for event needs. They bring all the gear and the FUN!

Rental was dirty, like its never been washed after use. We paid 400dls for our rental bouncy house, it was delivered really dirty, i have videos and pictures i would love to post but i probably cant. 400dls should be enough for them to deliver their rental clean and ready to use.

I ordered a pumpkin bounce house for Halloween months in advance and the day before I received a text from Heather telling me that it had been damaged and offered me another bounce house. I asked for one with a slide and they obliged, but they asked if they could deliver it on Friday instead of Saturday which seemed fine at the time. It is now Tuesday and the bounce house is still in my yard and I was told it won’t be picked up until Wednesday. When I asked when it would be picked up I was told “They are doing the best they can. Busiest weekend of the year. If it gets dark they will stop and be there Wednesday. Thank you.” Needless to say, the customer service is not great, my lawn is dead, and I will not be doing business with Amanzi again.P.S. I don’t have kids so the extra time isn’t of any benefit. I ordered the bounce house for a party I hosted on Saturday. I’m 36 years old with two torn ACLs so I can assure you it wasn’t being used by me.

There were a few negative components to my experience with this company, but if William had used a more professional dialogue with me, I wouldn’t even have left a review.My first issue was the poor communication between the delivery/set up. I received several emails in the days prior confirming that deliver would take place on Friday between 1-3PM. For whatever reason, I never received any communication that the delivery/ set up team was en route, and they were at my house at 10:30 AM. Fortunately, I was home and wasn’t tied up with my 1 year old and 4 year old.The next issue came with the quality of the pumpkin bounce house. About an hour after the crew has left, I took my 4 year old in the backyard to try out the bounce house, and I noticed that the inside looked very filthy. There was black residue, which I thought was mud, all throughout it. On a positive note, when I called to disclose that information, a crew was sent out about an hour later to come clean it. They were unsuccessful in getting the black marks out. It was explained to me that “it was part of the unit now.” It looked very unattractive, but I was content knowing that they tried to clean it and that it was sanitized. If the delivery had taken place closer to the time of our event, this would have been a huge problem.The next issue was the quality of the basketballs that came with the inflatable basketball hoop. 3 out of 8 balls were in poor shape. My husband tried to put air in them, and they wouldn’t stay inflated.The biggest issue and main reason I am sharing my experience is how our children’s chair shortage was handled. One part of our order was a child’s table and 10 chairs. When the chairs were delivered and placed in my garage I didn’t count them. That is absolutely my fault and I have learned for next time. It was only brought to my attention that we were short one chair when the men were picking up the equipment. My husband was actually the one to set up the tables and chairs in our backyard, so of course he didn’t know how many were supposed to be present. We have absolutely no reason to lie about damaging a child size chair. If that were the case, we would definitely have been upfront about that and paid for the damage. William basically accused me of lying when I said that only 9 were delivered. I found his terse remarks very unprofessional. While I understand that being short one chair is problematic when the documents state that there are supposed to be a certain quantity, the exchange of words should have been more professional instead of accusatory. Of course they are running a business and can’t let people get over on damaging or losing equipment, so I’m not so concerned about having to pay a $12 fee for the “missing” chair, but I do not appreciate being accused of lying. A more appropriate response could have been, “I’m sorry ma’am, but our records indicate that 10 chairs were delivered,” instead of “not true.”Needless to say, after writing this novel of a review, I won’t be utilizing this company in the future.
