We have been going to Parker Animal Care (formerly Am/Pm) for about 12 or more years. We love Dr. Parker, she is always compassionate, understanding and supportive when we as pet parents are dealing with stressful and emotional situations with our pets. I drive an hour away (more in traffic) to take my pets there even though I have several options much closer to home.
I haven't met Dr. Pocernich in person but she is a fantastic surgeon that saved my girl's life 2 years ago removing mammary cancer and just did it again a few days ago.
Let's not forget the techs, receptionists, and all other support staff. Over the years most have been wonderful and we know how vital they are to making it a great place. We love Parker Animal Hospital

I have been taking my dog here for 5 years now. They have always treated him with loving kindness and they are good about letting me know what I need to do versus what I should do versus what I can do to keep him at his best.

Dr. Parker and Dr. Pocernich as the best. I have taken my three dogs there for three years, and taken helped crossing the rainbow bridge for two of them. They are the best - caring, compassionate, and know how to take care of your pets. South Lamar area is lucky to have them. Congrats on the new name!!!

Both Dr. Pocernich and Dr. Parker are both incredible. I always feel that my animals best interests are in mind and never have to second guess.

Absolutely amazing experience. My pug had eaten about one and a half cups of rocks (true story). I was pretty traumatized, and I don't think she was loving it, either. Dr. Pocernich immediately scheduled a surgery for the next morning, and got all the rocks out, and returned my pug to me in great shape. All the staff were so friendly and amazing and reassuring. They really saved us.

My 16 year old cat was having an urgent medical issue and our regular vet in Bastrop is closed on Saturday. I called AM/PM and they got us in right away and took great care of my cat. If I lived in Austin they would be my vet for sure.

I’ve been coming to AM/PM for years now. Dr. Parker is awesome. She has always provided the best care for my babies. The staff is friendly and attentive. Kudos to Vanessa for her incredible pop-ups.

I am so thankful for AM PM Animal Hospital.l and their team! The front office, technicians and of course the Veterinary Doctors are welcoming, extremely patient, knowledgeable and always ready to help! I have even chosen to use them as my primary even though I have a membership at a different clinic that would be less expensive. There is just something about trusting and knowing that your fur baby is in good hands and being seen by the BEST and you cannot put a price on that. THANK YOU from myself ☺️ and Louie. ?

I literally trust the lives of my pets to the wonderful doctors, techs and staff of AM/PM Animal Hospital I know they are in good, knowledgeable, and caring hands, and I will continue to do so as long as I have pets.
