Has a good assortment of products. However prices are high and quality low. If you need something today, maybe consider them. Example - just bought a couple hundred feet of Cat6 in a couple colors. The dollar cost was lower than if I bought bundles of 250, or 500. But this cable has a thin jacket, very easily twists, and just a pain in the back to work with. 250ft from MicroCenter was a bit more, but lower cost per foot, and a much easier cable to work with.Keystone jacks at $6 each is crazy. But, if you need one today, well Altex is there… failure to plan costs extra and lower quality I guess.

Cool shop, Was searching for copper braid desoldering wick everywhere and fortunately Altex had it in store unlike the other 6 or so places I went to. Roughly $5ish for a 5ft spool. They have plenty of other soldering items that other places don't seem to carry so I'll be back when needed!

Great staff that was able to get everything taken care of quickly. Great product knowledge and quick at finding the correct items. Store is very clean and doing returns were just as easy. Save your receipt in case the parts do not work.

This place has everything! I’m from WI and we don’t have these, although I wish we did. There’s nothing else like it. Electronics, tools, connectors, bulk wire, networking gear, you name it. Staff is super friendly and helpful too.
