We are very happy with the service Alex and Powerhouse property delivered. We actually used their service several times. We remain a very satisfied customer.

This is the most unreliable, unethical property management out there. We rented out our home in round rock, Texas to a tenant through Alex. From the beginning, the tenants were a big nuisanse. Our water heater, roof and fence all needed to be redone becuase the tenants were having issues with them. Now I'm not sure if there was an issue or if alex just wanted money in his pockets. The tenants moved out and left the place looking reckless. Our lawn/garden was not trimmed, not tended to, walls were utterly discolored and stair railings had lost their paint as well. All Alex did was claim some nonsense and pretty much threatened us into giving back the deposit which he had collected from the tenants in the first place. All in all, the worst people. We were in a crunch for time and didn't do our research thoroughly. But to everyone else out there, please be wary.
