Just awful. Can never reach them by phone as they don't answer. Voicemail is always full so can't leave message. Numerous emails requesting return call have been ignored. Don't know how they even stay in business.

my son had a storage at this place that his aunt runs he lived there for over 6 weeks with the manager and her and boyfriend they threw him out illegally and entered his storage without permission. He was assulted while trying to get his belongings and we had to call the police when we ask for the owners name and number we could not get this information while Douglas was out side smoking a blunt we asked numerous times for him to call the owner and he would not respond to us. if this is how the owner runs his facility this is horrible!!! If you want to see the videos yes videos 4 to be exact you can see them on my page Veronica Robles At the end of the kaos Douglas was arrested! Geneva looked demonic and scary not professional at all all we wanted was to get my sons stuff she changed the code she removed the locks even after she says we did not give her notice we texted her while on our way ther giving her at least 30 mins then she said you did not give me a list of things he wanted and were like a list were here for our stuff needless to say she was trying to treat us like if she was our mother giving us instruction and order If you have questions about this dont jus read my comment look at the other comments on yelp... AGAIN DONT GO HERE TO DO BUISSNES...

Rating is for the owner, great Boss to work for. I'm the property manager. Please call at least 20 minutes prior to arrival, avoid a long wait in case occupied with another customer. I am on a 24/hr schedule and often available outside listed business hours. Although we are a 24 hr facility, that does not mean we allow loitering. Any pets must be walked outside the fence perimeter at the entrance and kept on a leash. No wandering around the property, stay near the unit assigned to your account. Cameras do work and security is on site to monitor activity.

Great pricing and location to store our vehicle. They have the best customer service! I came into town and my car battery was dead. I was waiting for a ride when they showed up with a battery and jumper cables to give me a jump!

Friendly local staff with an honest heart and attitude. The neighborhood if it catches you off guard at first don't let it it's a tough area but it's a small area and they keep it close. Anything happens in that little neck of the woods they know about it so your stuff is safe.

I stored my car at Airport Self Storage for 2 months while I went abroad to travel. Everything from the check in to check out process was super smooth. The prices seemed fair and the proximity to the airport was convenient for me. And Geneva, the property manager was very nice! Highly recommend this place!
