I'll never step foot in this pawn shop again, my family and I have done business with Frank over 20+ yrs however there is a guy name Hector that is a new hire he sucks and have poor customer service. I brought in a new TV no dents, dings, scratches ect...mint condition prior to proving my info he looked at the TV and stated it was like new and began to damage my TV and then at his discretion he decided he didn't want to do the pawn....As long as he's an employee there I'll never step foot in that location again. He's a fukking loser and have lost my service I'll continue to educate others on how he treats customers. They will hear from my lawyer soon....

Frank is the MAN! I come all the way from Dallas to do business with him at this Action Pawn. Always have great deals and they make the purchase experience an easy one. I had never bought from a pawn shop until these guys!

I have came to this pawn shop 3 times so far and I have not had a bad experience yet. As a matter of fact I have been to several different pawn shops around Austin to Pflugerville to Round Rock and I always come back to this one because they get me right and plus they are super friendly and make me feel so welcomed. They hooked me up on some good prices for what I bought. I will continue to come to this pawn shop and highly suggest you come to this pawn shop also. Thank you Auction Pawn on Rundberg for hooking your girl up I will continue doing business with y’all.

Do not pawn here go somewhere els they tried to tell me my item that was selling for 400 on ebay was selling for 95 on ebay when I literally had ebay pulled up on my phone showing 400$ resale value. Go to cash pawn or something my friend tried to warn me about this place I should have listened

Buyer beware: if you get something here and it's defective, apparently you can't get a refund at all unless you buy a warranty. Which they won't bother to mention to you until you try to return something.Giving one additional star because at least they tried to fix the thing. But overall, won't be shopping here again.

The female manager is always rude when I come in. I wanted to buy 3 DVDs for a $1 each and was told I need to spend at least $5 to pay with debit card. So I'm like ok I'll look to see if there's anything else I want. I picked out 2 more DVDs. Turns out one of the DVDS was $2 because it had 2 different movies. I asked if she can cut me a deal since I went ahead and picked out 2 more movies to honor their "$5 limit. She was very rude about it and I told her their sign says DVDs are a $1 each and she walked around and shouted at me pointed the yellow sticker means individually priced marked. Which I didn't realize that but she didn't have to be a witch about it. After I paid I told her y'all should put a sign up saying theirs a minimum purchase of $5 on debit and credit cards. I guess the jokes on her though the ghost busters movie I bought had 2 movies too Ghostbusters 1 and 2 and only charged a $1.
