For the past 10 years, AccuraBooks has been providing bookkeeping services for me personally as well as for companies I’ve helped manage. I originally chose AccuraBooks for inventory setup, logistics management and bookkeeping help for our pet food manufacturing business (Nulo) back in 2011 and since this time, AccuraBooks has been instrumental in providing an array of bookkeeping services dealing with inventory, real estate, paper investments, payroll, AR/AP, logistics, multi-state sales tax and packaging regulations, and the usual monthly reconciliation close-out process. I have found David Kuzak to be a highly organized, efficient and flexible professional who possesses a deep understanding of accounting principles. I would definitely recommend AccuraBooks for just about any bookkeeping need as David’s depth of experience allows him to handle just about anything requested of him, while always meeting important deadlines – whether monthly, annually or ad hoc. And all with a friendly and patient demeanor to boot! AccuraBooks is really the best bang for my buck as David really understands all of the typical nuances and day-to-day requirements of small and rapidly growing businesses.

David is a great consultant to partner with for QB forContractors training, review prior to audit and consulting. I looked for quite some time for a professional who truly understands job cost accounting including the WIP. I have enjoyed working with him, he is knowledgeable, experienced and a really down to earth guy. He is accessible and responds quickly. I am completely satisfied with his expertise. We have been using David for our small business for the last year and a half, and he has been fantastic to work with. He is incredibly helpful and caring, listening to our needs and working with us to make it all work. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and also has helped refer us out to a great CPA as well when it comes tax time or for any questions that are not in his territory. He does all of our Quickbooks and monthly accounting. I highly recommend David and his services, he is honest, reliable, communicates well, and dependable.

We own and operate about a $5M per year construction company in the Austin area. With the exception of about the first six months we were in operation David has been doing our books and payroll. He is nothing short of amazing. He's timely, accurate, and enjoyable to be around. I can't think of a time when I've ever had to ask him or remind him to process our payroll and with it being such a small company compared to his other accounts I find that extraordinary. His abilities to provide us detailed reports of our business has helped us grow this company over time and he's been exceptional with advice related to the business. After having a bookkeeper who was less than satisfactory we understand how valuable he is to our company and we would highly recommend him to other business owners.

David was very helpful getting my books in line. I had several months of transactions that I needed to be reconciled. He did it with ease and suggested ways that would offer better reporting for the long-term. I will definitely be working with David again.

I have some technology anxiety and David was great at guiding us through the process to migrate to Quickbooks Online. In the process we identified some outstanding issues in our books and David was able to help work through them and gave really good advice. His experience in a variety of industries really comes through and the new software is working great!
