Took in a Roomba that had stopped suctioning/vacuuming, still didn't vacuum when I got it back. Took it back to shop during the service warranty, and when I picked up they said it was just a clog and that I paid for that service as it wasn't related to the initial problem. Robot vacuum still has initial problem, and I'm out over $100. Obviously not worth the money or time.

I wish I could give this place 6 stars, they are incredible. If you're buying a vacuum anywhere else you are paying for marketing and plastic. Buying here means buying quality and supporting local businesses. Customer service was next level, I won't be servicing or buying a vacuum anywhere else.

these guys are awesome! I thought I had diagnosed the issue, and went in there saying "I think it's my motor." Instead, after describing my issue, Crystal happily replied "nope, it's just your belt!" She hadn't even touched the vacuum yet.
I felt pretty humbled, trying to tell my opinion to professionals, and she went ahead and took it back saying "We'll just swap it out real quick, which will be $17 if that's okay."
Sure enough, not even 5 minutes later, she came back out with my working vacuum and held up a broken belt. And sure enough, it was $17.
They had all the opportunity and time to upsell, extend the issue (cus no one else was in the store, I came early on a weekday), maybe sell me some other products, but they happily solved my issue for a fair price and sent me with an itemized receipt so I know exactly what I'm paying for.
Great people, great service, great prices, I hope they outlast any vacuum repair in the area. Go here!

If you’re wanting a new vacuum this is the place to go. Crystal is amazing. Very knowledgeable! And you can get your vacuum serviced. Miele vacuum will be my go to from now on!! Go visit this store.

If you miss the time of the past when people had small local stores who were owned and staffed by experts of their product and you're tired of big box stores where people are paid minimum wage and trained with minimal knowledge about each of the tens of thousands of products they sell, well then shop here.
I walked in. And then walked out 15 min later with exactly what I was looking for. Was it inexpensive? No. You will spend money here. But I'm so happy with the vacuum we use in our home now. It smells fresh and clean despite our two dogs' and toddler's best efforts.

Crystal, the shop owner, is knowledgeable, honest, and stands by what she sells. I traded in my Miele canister vacuum cleaner for something much better: a Sebo. I got a decent discount for my trade-in, and a good warranty.
I was pleased to find out that, at this shop, any part of a defunct vacuum cleaner that can be used again *does get repurposed.* This reminds me the spirit of Austin, where people help each other and are not wasteful, and the reason why I moved to Austin in the first place: to forge our way forward based on intelligence, creativity, and personal integrity.
Thanks ABC Vacuum for reminding me that how Austin used to be is [in some places] how Austin still *is*: a bunch of cool people who take care of each other and give a damn about doing a good job.
Thanks for being a bricks-and-mortar repair shop *and retail store IRL* in the face of serious but inferior competition from The Internet. Keep on keepin' on, please.

ABC Vacuum is the best company to go to the bag belt and everything I need they sold me a machine I absolutely love Vacuum Boutique they make their vacuum really nicely and they pick them up and if you ever need repair guys trust them I trust them then everything
