I had an appointment with AJ rent a car the same time as my Ford service appointment. The morning of my appointment they say that they have no record of my appointment and do not offer any other help with renting me a car.

*** in ****************** did a great job pulling up my warranty information when I had an issue with my tire. He went above and *************** out information and providing what I needed to follow thru so my issue would be resolved with no additional difficulties. made my day!!! Thank you !!!

I bought a 2018 used vehicle due to the prices being crazy right now. On the day of pickup I discovered a rattling under the dash and asked them about it. They found it was being caused by when they had removed the Lojack device at my request. But they had done a sloppy job and left things dangling.Then, I went to a shop to have the tires changed because the alignment was obviously out because the wear on the tires showed it. I got new tires and an alignment. While they were doing the alignment they discovered the front stuts were bent. They were both bent so badly that they were rubbing on the coil springs. How can you possibly miss all this while doing your inspection of the vehicle prior to selling it? I am not a mechanic and it was obvious to me without getting underneath the truck. I won't be buying anything from this dealer ever again.

1 star because I can't do 0. Made me take me car in 2 weeks early to "get in line" then took another 2 weeks to simply put a transmission in. Wouldn't work with me on getting the price brought down. Poor business practices going on here. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! The "manager" was a very slimy individual and I would have never hired him. Horrible business

They have a manager by the name of Robert aka the owner as he told me. Well poor customer service he called me one time to collect a deductible. I was working so I wasn’t able to answer my phone I called back about an hour later and he said well sorry I charged ur card already because I thought u were running. I said common u only called me one time he was such a D bag who tells a customer I thought u were running after only attempting to call one time I would not get a rental from here nor will I be taking my cars back here for service due to this guy Robert or what ever his real name was I just know he said he was the owner and their was no one above him

I've rented from them for 3 years and have always had a pleasant experience l. I've had my cars worked on and rented from them and have always had good service. They've never scammed me or anyone from my family who have bought and owned from Leif Johnson for well over 15 years now. The cars are always well kept and are new models, so you can rent one to try out how purchasing the newest models might feel for you and your family. Great service from my personal experience

This place was not care about customer safety, we got the car with a lot off problems, leaky tire, expired registration. Please stay away from this rental place.

Stay away from this place!!! Very dishonest with rude manager. They provide “loaner†cars to dishonest car dealers while your car is in the shop for warranty repairs. They will manually run your credit card 3 months later for items without notifying you or providing you with an invoice!!! Make sure to read yelp reviews as this is not the first time they have done this! Shame on you for scamming unknowing customers!

This company is very shady and dishonest. Manager is very rude and snotty. They will manually charge your card for whatever they want without notifying you or providing you will an invoice months later. They are linked to several dishonest car dealerships that use their service for "loaner" cars.
