I will be closing my account and looking for another institution in the next few weeks. I'm so sick of their online banking. The entire reason I sign up for online banking is so that I can keep a general idea of my account balance without having to mark a ledger as in the old days of banking. I constantly make debit and credit transactions with my debit card. After each transaction, I check to make sure the transaction amount has come out of my account. Over half the time, I see the amount removed. Then, the next day my balance has increased because something has been put back. I might have six or seven pending transactions so it's unclear what has been put back. The next day, all pending transactions have cleared. I spend money thinking nothing's pending because all items have cleared. The following day, my account is in overdraft status because something else has gone through. HOW DO ITEMS KEEP COMING OUT WHEN I DON'T HAVE ANY PENDING ITEMS!!?? This is a horrible banking situation.

Stay Away! The people are mean and nasty, even their branch managers. They charge you for fees that were never in your initial contract because they keep adding new fees all the time. You can't use their ATM without hidden fees, you can't transfer money to other banks without hidden fees, the mortgage escrow they failed to pay, our mortgage insurance they failed to pay, our taxes they failed to pay. Then they would get mad at us for their failures! Just an absolute horrible and useless bank. We had checking, savings, and mortgage loans through them initially. Now nothing. Good riddance.

The bank teller that just "helped" me needs to learn how to speak, smile, and be friendly. Kiaera withdrew my money when I asked for it to be transferred from my CD and had the worst attitude about correcting it. She didn't even ask for clarification or apologize. She didn't say much at all or engage in conversation. The other bank teller was super friendly but Kiaera just acted like she hated her job. Y'all need to tell her to cheer up or get a new job. This is not the first interaction I've had with her.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. My wife and I have a loan through A+ Federal Credit Union and are required to have insurance to cover the vehicle in the event of a loss. Our policy lapsed and we were sent a letter from the institution stating we would be charged $2215.00 for a insurance policy by the Federal Credit Union. We then received a notification stating once we purchased new insurance the Credit Union policy would be removed and our policy would be in force; however, my wife and I received a notice in the mail stating we still owe the bank $437.00 for the time period when our original policy lapsed even though we had an insurance policy through the credit union according to the letter we received. We had the credit union policy for about a month and the new policy we purchased was superior to the credit union policy by $20,000 more in coverage for $1500 less than the credit union charged. This credit union in my opinion is not ethical in their business dealing, and I would urge anyone considering using this institution to seriously reconsider. If anyone feels they have been wronged by this institution please contact the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Horrible customer service. Every time I go to this location I am treated so poorly. No one ever goes out of their way to actually help you. They are super dry and always say "theres nothing I can do" and repeat it 5 times. I closed my account and driving down to another bank. And it sucks because I love A+ but having to deal with their bad customer service is a no.

This is my first foray into the Credit Union sphere. It has been distinct pleasure over the course of several months. The associates are always friendly, observant and proficient. Kristina was especially helpful today. I was not able to access my account online. As a fraud analyst for both Apple and a regional telecom provider, I was taken aback by the issue. Kristina went above and beyond the call to resolve the issue. The level of proficiency that Kristina demonstrated speaks volumes this organizations training and leadership. Please commend Kristina with the highest accolades that protocols allow.

A great bank to be with. I been a member since 2014 and never had any major problems. Their mobile banking app is one of the best in the industry. I would recommend both hands down.

A+Federal Credit Union sent my auto loan account to the 3 credit bureaus for non-30-day payments twice, although I never was late out of the 6 years during my auto loan with them. Dropping my credit score the second time 40+ points. I won't go into full details. But please believe me when I tell you I wasn't at fault. Randall -collection manager literally apologized for Carol awful phone etiquette when I attempted to address my concerns with him.

I have been with a plus a long long time. My mom banked with them for almost 30 yrs and I can honestly say they have handled almost every financial need I have, they really come through for me. The customer service is always great. Their fees are much lower than other credit unions (do your research) I’m a happy member and will continue to Do business with Aplus

It used to be a really friendly Bank. I guess those days are long gone. They are extremely rude and preachy. They like to make simple transactions very difficult and complicated, they also like to close down their lobby from time to time randomly out of nowhere. Terrible service. They know how to make you feel really small

I've been a customer since high school and now so are my kids. The A+ fraud department decided to flag a payment, which I've been making since 2016 in the exact same amount to the exact same person. And now I'm unable to make that same payment because A+ chose to flag it. The A+ fraud department doesn't even work on the weekends, making the payment now late. After speaking with your customer service rep., who only repeated herself like a parrot and offered absolutely ZERO help, I'm taking my money (and my kids' money) to another more qualified bank. Your fraud department must be run by toddlers because they had no problem allowing someone to use my card illegally at multiple places I've never even been. But choose to flag the same payment at the same time every month to the same person in the same amount. Then close for the weekend. Y'all are terrible.

Horrible incompetent mortgage department!! i went 15 days without home owners insurance due to the bank not sending the check out until 6 days AFTER it was due!!! customer service in the mortgage department is non existent, good luck getting any information on your account. Online banking for them is not user friendly. We refinanced ASAP once we discovered how horrible the mortgage department was. this was not the only issue we had with this bank. When we started paying our loan they sent us payment coupons for one amount and i called numerous times and emailed to verify that was the correct amount because when we closed on the purchase the amount was supposed to be higher. i was assured that the amount they had on file was the correct amount.....WRONG...6 months later they came back and hit our credit saying we were delinquent after we had been paying, and then said we were short in our escrow because we werent paying enough and now had to pay that difference, uh no. Horrible from the get go!

I am beyond frustrated with this credit union. My mortgage was sold to them and for the past 4 months I have been trying to pay my monthly note. Can't transfer funds from another bank, can't pay electronically and can't make a deposit via an app. The only way they will let me pay is by mailing a check each month. Hello A+FCU, come into the 21st century!

Everything is fine except the online banking. 6th time calling just to get in, because once more my id and password has changed. Friendly and helpful staff when I can reach a person (just to get in online once again). Loan perfect, bill pay perfect, just can't get in online with changing words. Bill pay is on a separate telephone and semi-non part of the credit union. At this time, wait time on the phone is at least 45 minutes. We'll see if all of these aren't corrected when things settle down.
