Harlan is an Absolute Superman he saved meI could not go a day without my television and he came to the house and personally set up both of my TVs and he was just wonderful and so personable so helpful when I was doing the shopping and I feel like I got a great price on a great deal he’s absolutely wonderful always ask for Harlan

Was in the market for a new TV for the den. Walked into A&B Tv and told them what I was looking for. Questions were answered. TV was chosen and they del'd when they said they would. Installed on wall as they said they would. Overall good experience. When the time comes I'll return.

For twenty years I have done business with A&B TV. No big box store can match the knowledge, customer service or price found here. I now live more than a hour away and continue to return for my Audio/Visual Electronics. Harlan will treat you right from sales, service and installation.

This is an excellent business. Not only do they have about every TV you’d ever want to check out, the high-end audio situation is very strong. I worked with Jeffrey Webb and wound up buying the tube amp and speakers of my dreams. Great customer service and unbelievably competitive pricing. Think you can get a great deal online or at a big box store? Not so fast. Give these guys a shot. You’ll be pleasantly surprised. Highly recommended. A++

First purchased a set of Altec Lansing speakers at A&B TV over thirty years ago, and since then, the business has been my go-to place for electronics. In later years I was thrilled to discover they even had great tube amplifiers for sale (Rogue Cronus Magnum iii), and purchased mine there as well. Most recently, we upgraded to a Sony Bravia smart tv, and used A&B for the purchase, delivery and installation. The price, support and service were all outstanding--confirming my 3+ decades of experience with them! Truly, an Austin institution.

Dealt with John this morning after our TV unexpectedly died... walked in knowing basically nothing about which TV we would be purchasing but John asked all the right questions and showed us everything that made sense for our use case... We narrowed it down pretty quickly to the one we ended up buying. Probably drove past 5 Best Buys to get to A and B because this was the expertise I was looking for. There's a reason they've been here 50 years... Shop small, buy local.Also, the price was cheaper than Best Buy. Would give more stars if I could. Thanks John.

I went to visit the showroom a week ago, I am in the market for some Klipsch Towers and center channel, possibly a subwoofer to go with. I was approached by an older gentleman. I asked if he had any hooked up that I may demo them. He said...NO. I replied "Really?" I told him I read online that that were Klipsch dealers, the gentleman said "Oh we are" but we don't have ANY Klipsch speakers for you to listen to. Problem is they did... a whole room full. He then turned without saying another word and walked away...I drove 61 miles for that. What an absolute joke of a business. It's no wonder the place was absolutely empty, no another customer in sight. I suppose, I will take my business elsewhere.
