We were looking for an all purpose pair of jeans. Didn’t know what size/style and needed assistance. Kristin was amazing! Different sizes or recommendations— she found it immediately! Great service. Went home with perfect pair of jeans.

I was staying nearby for a business trip and stopped in on a whim since I have a favorite pair of 7's that are 20 years old and nearly worn through in spots. As for many people, jeans are always a challenge for me and even more so as I age.Much thanks to Juliette for listening to my journey with jeans and helping me find a couple of great choices that reminded me why I like this brand so much. She was helpful in selecting what to try on and give a bit of advice on how they fit.I'll definitely be back to this store since I visit Austin often!

I like the clothes but shopping in this store was a stressful, time-consuming affair. I'll stick with department stores. The manager was helpful but pushy. If I hadn't been careful I'd have walked out with a shopping bag of clothes I ultimately didn't want. And bringing me clothes two sides too small is not helpful. I had to defend my choice not to buy merchandise :-(.

Great environment, friendly and helpful staff, great selection. I enjoy coming in to shop at this location as it makes picking out and finding the right clothing very easy. Thanks to all the regular staff members who assistant me when I come in to shop here at this location. I highly recommend!

The store manager Bethany was very rude!! No customer service skills
