Decided to try a different 7/11 down the street. This one is worse. They can’t figure out how to take a payment electronically. While the clerk sat there blaming his system and trying to figure it out enough time passed that I couldn’t make my purchase at all. Apparently most 7/11 locations suck. Don’t waste your time at any 7/11 East of I-35. There’s no customer service whatsoever.

To the employees and the manager they put up with so much stuff on a daily base. People come in they're just so rude. Or they're such an rush and hairy and they don't realize what they're doing....
Non-stop, there's so much complaints people Karen's in this world. Because they don't get their way. They want to complain but they don't talk about how they're rude to the employees in the manager.
Good job to the Employees in the manager seventy eleven.....

Went in 711 on William Cannon to buy a large Big Gulp which is on sale for $1. They told me only refills are $1. I just pulled into 711 on I35 and paid $1. William Cannon store needs to get it right!

Wow! The graveyard shift cashier was extremely rude (politely said) Bathrooms we're out no coffee other coffee machine was dirty. English was very broken and he didn't understand what I was saying.

Regular customer here: I too have been screamed at by the short, heavy set, angry, rude, deeply unhappy Hispanic female employee. I went in one morning asked to make 2 transactions for cash back as the ATM machine was out of service. She acted very offended and said it's not her fault about the ATM. I politely informed her that I was not implying it was. I explained that i was without my vehicle and would have to walk to another store, and asked if she could do me this favor as I am a regular customer. She completely ignored me. I asked her for the owners business card or contact info to provide him with feedback. She acted overly offended, asked me why she would ever give me that info and denied my request. I dropped the matter as it was pointless due to her horrendous attitude and paid for my foundation drink. Since I was on foot I didn't want to carry the drink so on my way out I emptied it at the fountain drink station. As I was walking out the door i could hear her screaming at me, but since I really didn't care about what she was saying I don't know exactly what she was saying. I'm positive she was screaming at me because I was the only one in the store. This happened 6mos ago and she is still employed there. On a separate occasion she screamed at my husband to get off the property after he made a purchase FROM HER inside the store. He was simply having a cigarette outside his car (away from the homeless ppl). She exited the store, approached him, asked if that was his vehical (it was) then rudely commanded him to leave the premises. Again, THIS HOSTILE INDIVIDUAL IS STILL EMPLOYED AT THIS 711. Her behavior is deplorable.Rivaled only by 711's CONTINUED TOLERANCE AND VALIDATION of said behavior.All that being said, there are stores in the neighborhood that consistently provide good customer service. But not this one.

There is always homeless outside and their gas pump car readers don’t work, forcing you to go inside! Fix the gas pumps and please take care of your patrons

I went in after work to pump gas I stood at the counter and was waiting but waiting the lady sit down while on her phone not even paying attention to if anyone was stealing or anything because I stood there for about 3 minutes before she even looked up I had her 3 $20 dollar bills and ask her to put in on my pump I went back filled up my truck before I noticed I needed to go back inside to get cigarettes at this point in time she was helping another customer get a $300 money order I seen the lady had her all $20 bills and didn’t mark not one of them it gets to my turn and I ask for Marlboro reds 100s she ask for my id I show her my id hand her a $20 bill she marks it which isn’t a problem as my money is real then she proceeds to say she couldn’t take this $20 because it had a little rip in it but was covered with tape I then proceeded to tell her on why she could take the $20 bill still because the bill was fulky there the serial number were a match and everything and besides for one I didn’t even know I have a bill with a small rip with tape holding it up I didn’t do that she then got really angry before I could finish my explanation and got furious and told me she wasn’t gonna be told what she can and can’t do by me and I told her that fine but if I can get my change and she me to give her the cigarettes back and I asked her for my change back she then proceeded to state that I was being rude and I got mad at this point and told her to give me my change or give me that 20 back so I can give her another 20 she then proceed to yell even louder and said the louder I talk the more she was gonna yell and that I wasn’t gonna liek it with her starting a scene and embarrassed me I just put the cigarette on the counter as she throw the 20 at me landing on the floor which I had to pick up and walk out big the bigger person I asked for her name so I could call customer service but she didn’t give a name nor have a name tag she was big(heavyweight) small about 5’1 or smaller dark complex and speaks Spanish (just so you know if you are the person I’m talking about I’ve spoken to corporate

There is a woman who treats you badly and yells at you
It's not the first time I've seen this here in this 7 eleven, I don't recommend it.

Golly I really wanted to put something nice, I came, was greeted, pleasant cashier, a young girl, bought some cigars and headed out HOWEVER; As I'm reaching the door, another worker, clearly not in uniform, pericing on her lower lip popped out nowhere and told me in a angry voice "you can't bring that backpack in here Sir, that isn't acceptable here " shocked, as I was carrying two heavy bags of groceries I got after biking to curbside HEB, I said I didn't know, nothing was posted outside [there isn't]] about it but that I wasn't a high schooler, I was 40 but will do so next time " she raised her voice at me and turned her back while continuing "I don't care who you are sir, you need to follow the rules, you shouldn't do that here." I was in the store literally less then 45secs but took 25mins to sit outside this store and let the world know I believe the manager has an extreme problem with profiling customers and using bias on whether or not to show customer service or inappropriate human interaction. Because I was carrying two bags of groceries and sweaty from the bike ride she assumed I was homeless and treated me with disrespect and bad customer service, the cashier actually working here immediately recognized I parked my bike and was winded so didnt profile me, bottomline don't treat people who are homeless like criminals and don't profile sweaty active people with groceries on their backs either.
