I have an amazing experience shopping here! The staffs are incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure I finds exactly what I needed. The store is always clean, well-organize and stocks with a great variety of products. Checkout is quick and easy. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality and excellent customer service!

Similar review as Kallaber (borrowed their pic as I didn’t take one).
This individual was very dismissive and put in 0 effort. Rejected my ID because it wouldn’t scan. Yes, it’s an older ID but other places have no issue scanning so it’s clearly an issue with their machine.
He waved me off to get out of there, walked off and ignored me when I asked for him to try entering the information in because it is a valid ID.
Haven’t had a bad experience with any other staff. He clearly hates his job, please put him out of his misery and let him go

I entered the 7-11 on Bee Caves Rd to buy water for a hike with my fully Certified Service Animal today 4/9 around 11AM. I never leave him unattended in the car, plus he’s a REGISTERED service animal, and can by law enter any business. Austin, the name of the belligerent clerk, proceeds to tell me to leave because my dog (an 18lb well trained Toy Australian Shepard) had to have a service “vest” on to enter the store. I proceeded to say, “it is not required by law to have a service animal vest, but you (Austin) can ask me “what” task my dog performs as a Service Animal and I’ll tell you”. Austin was/is obviously not well knowledgeable on the law because he stated he could not ask me. I corrected him, stating he could ask the task my dog performs, just not my disability. He proceeded to badger me saying that I DONT know the law, as I paid for my bottle of water with another clerk. I even apologized that he was not trained in this matter and we should not have an altercation. He continued to berate me over and over, saying I could not look him in the eye, he was not apologizing to me.
There was absolutely no reason for this to happen if he was trained on the laws of service animals. Honestly I left in tears because I never have altercations but Austin brought out the worst in me. Never will I visit the store again and I hope those with service animals, and all area residents, stay away as well. I do have to give the other employee working today a thank you for attempting to calm down the overly sensitive, uneducated, very disrespectful Austin. May God have mercy on that poor soul.
UPDATE: AUSTIN, read this so you understand the ADA law and you can properly address patrons. A vest is NOT required and you CAN ask the task the service animal performs as I stated to you in the store the day you berated me. I am pressing charges BTW since I’ve not received a response from the manager.

Cashier is super weird followed us around the store while we browsed ,cause my friend happens to to not be white, then proceeded to not check my id even tho i am younger(were both over 25), then checked my friends id and asked him multiple questions about it, also made a comment as we left that we should not come back

Quite surprised by all the negative reviews. Maybe because I never needed to use the restroom here.

Pump gas anywhere else. If you’re on one pump you have to go in and pay. And if you can’t guess the right amount you go back in.

I was told by the owner that this location does not take American Spirit coupons because the store doesn’t “get reimbursed”. Do yourself a favor and drive a mile down the street to the other 7-11. They accept American Spirit coupons unlike the cheapskates at this store.

Delivery & pick up app work only half the time, if that. When you ask about anything, it's never their responsibility. Always someone else's. If you are at the register & take my money you are responsible. Period. I will not return
