Ok for my first 9 months living over here it was great. I went almost every day for drinks. Over the last couple months something seems to have change. As of 7/29/24 I went and there were at least 5 pumps broke. Inside the drink machine is now always out of drinks. As of the above date they had at least 5 drinks out of service.
Also the slushie machine is now out a lot. Hot food not restocked. Listen there were two guys that are amazing there. They were the reliable ones that seem to always get stuff done. It seems recently they hired some new people and they have let the place fall. Guess it’s back to QT

I don't usually leave google reviews but I want to give a shout out to the staff at this 711 location. I stop in here all the time and will always choose it over other convenience stores nearby because the staff is really friendly. Even though it is always a short interaction they deliver a good customer service experience- an understandable rarity for convenience stores. Unfortunately I don't have their names but the daytime team is awesome!

I stopped by to purchase a six pack of beer some munchies I was being stared at as if I was stealing by some woman that looks like she used a Sharpie to paint in her eyebrows she looks like she's from the ghetto and she's looking at me as if I'm stealing somebody please tell her to stop using a Sharpie marker to do her eyebrows

If you need to go to restroom while adding gas, avoid this gas station. They don't have restrooms for the public. The employees are not friendly either.

Their bathroom was absolutely disgusting and even after telling them it was bloody in there nobody cleaned it.I was asked to add more by the "owner" so I'm going to.I was stuck in the area for like 7 hours and went in kinda early to use the restroom. The picture is how I found it. I reported to the man behind the counter and said someone should clean it, he said someone would. Roughly 5 hours after that I needed to use the restroom again, so I went back expecting it to be clean but it was still the same. That's when I took the picture.I don't bash companies for incidents, because stuff happens and they may not nlknow what's going on, but once aware of it there is no excuse any more.I couldn't even bring myself to purchase anything while there because of the unsettling feeling inside me due to the restroom filth.

Really mismanaged location. I went in at around 9:30am on a Saturday morning, and the place was a mess and they had no coffee whatsoever. I'll be going to the Chevron across the street from now on.Edit - after relaying the same concern as expressed above through the corporate 7-Eleven website as requested, I received an intimidating email to my personal email from someone purporting to be the actual owner telling me "I think it's best to not come back". I'm happy to oblige, since clearly the owner has no interest in serving the public or maintaining standards.

After a long 12-13 hour work day , asked attendant politely if he could make a fresh pot of coffee , his response was I made a pot at 11PM , it’s past 1AM at the time , so the coffee’s cold and old. I asked again and he refused and point blank said go somewhere else. Horrible customer service and just utter laziness
