Couldn't be happier this is my home 7eleven. The dude who's always cooking in the morning is A+. The morning crew would win if put up against any other team in austin. Wait, that's the whole staff. Give them a store trophy. These folks CARE about the details and honestly need to chill a bit cuz like I come here too often. Can they stop being so good at their job?

Beware this location has card skimmers attached and will steal your card information. I just had to cancel both my cards because of it. You can see them attached to the pin pads.

I payed for gas with a $100 bill, forgot to grab my change, drove 18 miles outside of town before I realized, went back, problem was solved through patience the management got me my change 🙏

Trashy store with rude employees that refuse to speak Spanish or English. Poorly stocked store and extremely dirty.

I ask them to refill the capaccino machine. They refuse and pretend to not understand English.
Lazy staff need to be fired.

Don't stop here. They use the excuse of broken gas pumps (not posted as Out Of Order) to rip you off. The employee I spoke to about a refund refused to do anything about it. He couldn't even be bothered to go post an Out of Order sign on the broken pump. (I hung around to see if he would.)

I would avoid this 7/11 they like to not give you all your change,so make sure they give you proper change back also get receipts from all purchases also they usually don't give you receipt unless you ask for one,they should always give you a receipt no matter if you ask for one or not .

The store is run very badly. It's the only 7 eleven I have been to in Austin that never has coffee. And when you say this to the employee they just look at you with a blank stare. Screw this clown show store.

You’ll have to take your cashier with the gray beard to anger management. He slams his cash drawer because I accidentally pushed cash back and it had a little small sign there saying no cash back so because he had to give me cash he slams his drawer and says can’t you read, just wonderful customer service. I can’t imagine how he treats his family at home.

My husband and I came into this store last night and there was a security guard there, and he was watching us - mainly me - as of we were going to steal. We are literally the last people who would steal. We get angry when we see thieves, just like one I saw just the day before and had given money to, only to see that they had stolen a beer from the Valero we were at, and I let the lovely cashier know about it. We are plumbers who traveled here to Austin for a large plumbing job, and this store was close to the hotel we're staying in. Because the guard was watching me, my husband saw two other people steal, so that's what they get for misjudging the wrong person based on my appearance. I had been working in sewer lines all day and just wanted some sweets, and was watched VERY closely while I made my selections from the very MINIMAL options available ?? We will never return, so y'all go ahead and continue to drive away actual customers ?We obviously should have read the reviews before going to this location ? Just terrible all around
