I always go to 7 elevens since they improved the sandwich and food selection. This location just outright lied about the restroom being broken. I understand there's a large homeless population around, but as a paying customer who actually needs to use it because my bladder was going to explode, I didn't appreciate it

I was asked to leave my back pack at the front door. I complied, with no objections, but advised the clerk that my labtop was in my backpack and he needed to watch it so it didn't get stolen. He then refused me service and started yelling at me saying I was giving him attitude. He was so rude to me for no reason. I don't know what that mans problem is, but his management really needs to reevaluate his performance.

Worst service. Rude rude owner, her grown daughter is also rude, Indian run family, her father walks laps in the store for exercise, and when I went to get a couple of s of ice she yelled at me.

The staff is ok. However, the coffee is subpar. They have the new auto machine but they are always dirty. No one wants coffee that's been sitting there for hours.

Air pump doesn’t work at all and they claim it’s not their problem. Do not use if you need to inflate tire. You get charged for nothing.

Bathroom had keypad lock and they turned away my child ( 6 yr. old ) from it saying they had no restroom.

Stopped to grab a arizona tea and a snack and use the bathroom just find out it was closed for (cleaning) with no time frame on when it would be available. Eventho I pressed I really needed to use it.Health code violationSelling food without access to bathroom facilities.

Do us all the favor. Don't spend money at a place of business that does not provide a restroom for its customers. Promote businesses that care about public health.
