My nephew who wanted a free slurpee since it’s 7-11 today, he went in to get one &’ when he tried to he got denied they said he had to pay for it. I’m so upset because he was really looking forward to it & now we have to try to get one somewhere else!

Well, I’ve accepted that customer service has become a thing of the past, but I speak up when I’m treated with hostility, more than simple disrespect, which I’ve come to expect from these cashiers. There’s definitely a certain element to it, but you’re not allowed to say that out loud.
I would have left a big, fat, one-star review for being talked to with obvious frustrated impatience and hostility…but the guy who works overnight at this store is fantastic! Always pleasant and helpful. We don’t speak the same language, but we’ve become friends - all it takes is a smile and a kind word. You don’t need to do anything special - just try to get through a transaction without conveying your annoyance and patronizing attitude.
And there was only one guy in line, in front of me, and the two cashiers got an attitude with him, too. It’s ridiculous. Like I said, customer service is a thing of the past, as displayed by the two cashiers at 9pm. But if you go above and beyond, and give truly terrible service, I’ll leave a review! Congrats!
I’ll make sure not to come here until after 11pm, when the good employee is working. That man deserves a raise!

I needed a printed receipt, the pump and inside was not able to accommodate. You'd think a nationwide chain could stay on top of this. The attendant at least looked like he tried to see if he could print for me,I appreciate that much.

Got gas and filled up air. The station is a bit run down, but Luis was awesome. Very friendly, and he went out of his way to make change and help clean up after filling up air. The gas price was also competitive.

Conveniently did not have free slushies on free slushy day. Staff also does not fluently speak English, which makes it difficult to communicate.

Dear 7-Eleven or Franchise Owner: The shady clerk working at about 2:00 p.m. today just lost your business about $1,000 in revenue annually. Here's why...1) after purchasing a couple of bottled drinks (including "iced" tea) and mini donuts, I went back in the store with MY OWN CUP, and was told I would be charged 54 cents for ice in 104° weather. Ridiculous.2) I visit 7-Elevens in the Austin area about three times per day and I estimate I spend about $20 per week at this location specifically, which is what I used to calculate your estimated loss in revenue, since I won't be back.3) When I buy a bottled drink that has no equivalent out of the fountain, I sometimes ask for ice in my own cup. This is especially true for a bottle that is labeled "iced" tea.4) I never asked for free ice if I am not making a purchase.5) your cost for 1 gallon of water from the City of Austin is $0.006, less than a penny. The amount I requested in ice amounts to $0.0015. of course you must factor in electricity and equipment to make the ice so that likely adds about another $0.005.For a little over a penny, assuming you have a profit margin of at least 20%, your employee has effectively given up at least $200 that could have gone in your pocket. I understand this is highly simplified, but you get the idea. And no, I doubt very seriously that everyone in Austin would flock to the store if word got out that you could get a cup of ice for free when you make a purchase - the store is simply not that nice or convenient.I've lived in Austin and been a fan of 7-Eleven for 31 years. The first time I was charged for ice was 3 years ago. Thank you California! I would gladly take 10 immigrants from Mexico for every one Californian that has plagued this city. Just look at the burning mess of a state they created. Rather than having the courage to stay and fix their problems, they simply invaded Texas, bringing their grifter "values" in PODS containers alongside all their bed bugs and angry homeless people. Does anyone think they'll do any different when they're finished with Texas? Two stars only because the guy at the counter this morning was very nice.

Credit card was compromised and used at this store for two charges. One was $175 and the other $174.75. The employees must be corrupt if they allow someone to make charges like this. Called twice and no one picks up phone. This is sad that people are like this and they work here.

The 7~11 at 3431 West William Cannon in Austin Texas is by far THE BEST 7~11 EVER! All employees, including Richard, who usually works the over night shift have been very kind, accommodating & courteous to me whether I've come in to purchase gas, coffee, food... or nothing at all & I've just needed to use their restroom. The owner has assisted me several times as well & he has been welcoming & pleasant each time. I highly recommend this 7~11.
