Literally every. single. time I order from this store via DoorDash, they either send me the wrong items or damaged ones. After 10+ orders I’ve yet to actually receive a fully correct order. They’re completely careless and they seem to severely lack attention to detail and just grab whatever is similar and throw it in a bag. I’m done

Freddy an older gentleman with an accent was completely disrespectful and rude to me because I am a woman. I have gone to this location for years, pretty much every other day. This is very sad and I hope this location does something about his lack of customer service

Incredibly rude cashier. Ignored me for at least 5 minutes then tried to force me to use the self checkout even though I explained to her that I wanted to use my points.

This store is so dirty they should not be able to serve food out of the store. The restrooms were even worse. I have never seen something so bad. I asked the manager why is it so dirty in here and she just laughed and Said I was rude for saying that it was filthy. This used to be a nice 7-Eleven now it is just a dump

The whole place was incredibly dirty and I have never been in a worse gas station. One toilet didn’t have any toilet paper and also had exposed electrical wires and both of them were disgusting and the soap dispenser was out so they just threw a bar of soap down. There is zero excuse for this place and considering it seems to have been going on for a year now with out anyone doing anything about it. I hope someone gets electrocuted by those live wires so they can sue the hell out of this place and maybe then 7-11 would actually do something about it

Store is absolutely filthy, disgusting and understocked. There is a film of dust and what looks like soda spray or oil film over EVERYTHING in the store. The cashiers don't seem to have a care to be there in the world. Shorted my change. The poor 711 stock boy there looked overworked and doing it ALONE. Pizza looked like it had been there for over 24 hours. And the soda machine taste like soap.

/24 i had a nice interaction with Savanna, she was sweet and attentive and i appreciate the changein customer service at this location!Stocking still needs help but has been loads better lately!

Just under a year and this store has been ruined- it’s disgusting! No one is friendly; floors, counters, bathrooms, coolers, soda area, and the outside are all filthy. Too busy on their phones or sitting outside smoking. It use to be run so much better- such a busted up place now.

The guy was vaping something gross and talking on his phone. African American with tattoos and long hair extensions(?!?) RUDE. DID NOT SAY ANYTHING INCLUDING THANK YOU TALKING FOUL LANGUAGE ON HIS SPEAKER PHONE .WRONG NEIGHBORHOOD
