False advertising and theft. They refused to honor a promotional price.And I paid with food stamps and debit card. When I looked at the receipt and saw that he did not give me the promotion price. I asked for a refund. Hey, what's not give? Are refund back on the cards. He refused to refund to the cards but only to pay cash back which is illegal on an EBT card. I will be reporting this to the authorities.They do not care about their customer safety as they allow homeless people and drug useers to openly use drugs all around the store. I will never shop there again.

Be extremely careful when shopping here. the employees like to not allow you to put in your telephone number to earn points, And instead will input their own information. If you shop here please pay attention to the bottom section of your receipt where it says member ID number. If you did not put in your telephone number to earn points that line should be blank. If it states the last 4 of an ID number I would highly suggest you go back inside and inform the manager.. that is considered theft!!!

Don’t shop here the will refuse to give your your change and will get an attitude when you ask how much your total is. Bought a drink for .89 and with taxes it came out to be .96 but the cashier refused to give me my change. I don’t care if only a few pennies if was worthless than why keep it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Restroom was disgusting. I let them know there wasn't soap, literally nothing, and he pointed to me the sanitizer to BUY. I already everything in my car but I shouldn't have to worry about that when I step in a store. So I can imagine how filthy their products are. Sadly I bought something from here ?

If this had a place for zero stars that's what I would have rated. Stopped here for a couple treats accidentally locked my keys in my truck. Spoke to the tenant that was working overnight,let him know I couldn't get a locksmith until next day. I tried calling the store and it sounded like it went to a fax machine. Came up to meet the locksmith told the afternoon tenant working that I was here. He said he already called the tow truck. He was very rude. I will never come here again

This 711 is the worst 711 I’ve ever been too. As someone that used to work for the company this one does sketchy stuff with your card information. Then takes your money and you don’t receive any goods or services. Watch your transactions from this place because they don’t care to help you. Currently disputing charges.
