I've been going here for a month and every time they either double charge you don't give me back the correct change and blatantly steal from customers management has nothing to fix the problem they say that it was my fault or that I was incorrect I brought it up to corporate and they're going to investigate it I've stopped going there use the gas station across the street I do not recommend this store. Upon review of my receipt I realized that the two monsters I got there were two for four dollars they charged me $7 for two of them Linda gentleman told me that there's a promotion because I bought two I get one free extra one I said okay I'm not paying for it correct he said no but on my receipt is blatantly a charge for an extra monster so all together for two monsters I had to pay $10 when it's labeled for $4 I also only got one coconut water 34 Oz they charged me for two which I did not realize until I got home and looked at my receipt 19.00 in change when I was owed 29 so all together they stole $20 from me

Do not say you are open 24 hrs if all operations are not available during those 24 hrs. Stopped here at 5am on a work day to use the restroom and pump gas and the guy working said the restrooms were closed "for cleaning." They were also closed "for cleaning" when I stopped by after work the day prior. Gas pumps weren't working either and he ignored me when I asked if I could pay inside since the card reader wasn't working at the pumps. All he was doing was sitting on his ass on his phone behind the counter watching videos. Yet the restrooms are closed "for cleaning?" Just sounds like laziness to me. Employ people who will not act like it is an inconvenience or give an attitude when it comes to doing their job.

Normally this location is pretty good but today not so great. Both employees behind the counter acted as if they don't understand anything the customer tells them. If you say something they are talking under their breath very rude. Due to this I will go to a different 711

Stopped 8n got 2 sodas, which are 2 for $4. Signs everywhere on the doors, young man rung me up as he continued he phone call . Sodas came up full price, he questioned me n said I was lying. I told him. Y doesn't he hang up with whomever he's taking too n go look at the signs. Actually, all he has to do is look down the aisle n see the signs. He refused too n asked me to leave. REALLY? Great customer service to an American.

I've gone to this location several times a week for years and I'm just tired of dealing with the incompetence lately. The employees will charge you for the wrong items and then argue that they are the same price and say it doesn't matter.... if it doesn't matter, then when I politely ask you to ring it up properly maybe don't argue? This time I got egg rolls which are 2 for 2.29$, they rang them up as taquitos which are 2/ 3$, almost a 50% increase. They have also rang up a chicken sandwich for a kolache and meatballs for mini tacos and done the same thing. Every time this happens I try to politely ask them to fix it, they argue, so I just leave the food on the counter and walk out. This is just wasteful assuming they throw it away...which I hope they have because I've usually touched it. Please do some proper training, and have the items in both languages on the machine so they can read it....because sometimes it seems like they just don't understand what to ring up.

This store is so much better than the one on Burnet and 183. They guys are nice and helpful. They help customers with a serving heart and like they are appreciated. That is so refreshing. I hadn't been there in a while and forgot what a positive experience it was. I'd rather drive a couple extra miles to come here than use the store close to me.

vehicles without proper placards are constantly parked in the only accessible spot. the employees should refuse service to anyone who parks illegally. it is unfair to those of us who actually NEED the space.

Purchased an esco bar- does not work, does not produce smoke.This is the first time I’ve had this issue.However, the employees are always kind.
