Man I assume is the general manager ot owner barked at me for doing my job (auditing). Literally said go somewhere else. Rude and lacks customer service. He also accused me of looking around for too long. Sir, you're establishment is being audited. Overall the staff doesn't care much and is usually pretty damn rude. Will not recommend. There is another one a block away. Probably better service. Also noticed there were difficulties with fuel pumps. Shame.

Holy Hannah!! Stopped by this location today on my way to the nearby Asian market because I needed to tinkle. My good friend owns a 7 Eleven in UT and she keeps her location SPOTLESS so I figured I was safe. NOPE. If I didn't have to go so bad I would have turned right back around I haven't seen such a dirty public bathroom since I was a kid in the 70s at the local parks before Parks n Rec started paying closer attention!!! The sink looked like it hadn't been cleaned in WEEKS. There was an unknown "substance" on the floor in front of the commode; I had to place my feet to the side and "hover". I wasn't touching that seat!!! And that was AFTER applying several layers of tissue from the broken dispense I can understand when a location is constantly busy etc MAYBE the bathroom can be overlooked THAT DAY? But while I was the there (and it was at the height of rush hour) there were only a couple of patrons in the store and one of the employees was just standing at the register while the other dropped the deposit. Ten minutes people!!! That's all is takes! Ten minutes a few times a day!!! You can do it!!

7-Eleven is my favorite convenience store. The first store to make it convenient for customers to purchase coffee on the go, and most of all their first establishment was started in Long Island, NY.I remember when all you could buy outside of cigarette and smoking items, were soft drinks, beer, snacks, coffee bagels and rolls. Now you can purchase prepackaged sandwiches, pizza pies, and many items manufactured for the 7-Eleven brand. A good segment of the locations have a gas pumps. This particular location at 701 W Braker I go to often when in the area, and the employees are pretty quick with handling customers and getting them out the door. The brand has an app where customers create and account and obtain reward points for purchases which can be redeemed to apply to product purchases. This comes in handy if you're short on cash one day. I've bought several items on the Free just by racking up points. 7-Eleven is one the largest convenience brands worldwide, and they created a business model that many other brands have copied from.#theroneshellmanmedia #7eleven #conviencestores

After 11 or so almost every night they put up a sign says the computers are down. And the guys that are on duty earlier said there's no problem with the computers he figures the guys are back they're sleeping. And I'm up here at eleven-thirty and the guy that's minding the store says that they're closed and he says is the owner told him to and I said give me the owner's number he gave me a bodacious phone number that went nowhere something's going on at the store I would not recommend going to hear at all.

Filled up on gas spend over $80 in the store and they refused to let me use the restroom. They lock the restrooms and tell their customers they are out of order in order to avoid cleaning the restrooms. I will NEVER be stopping here

I have 2 issues. 1 was when we drove up & started getting out we had to pump gas & listen to loud, terrible, dirty rap music from another car. 2nd the reason i usually go is to get a slurpee. Always loved them. However now they only have small slurpee cups & tops. If you want a larger one you have to put it in a big gulp cup. Idk maybe these are petty reasons but thats just what i saw.

This place is horrible, I came to get gas and the owner of the store charged me 13.99 on my debit card, told me he canceled it . I gave him the benefit of the doubt and came back to tellh him it did notcredit my account and he wants to act like he didn't charge me.

The overweight cashier who didn't speak much English was actively eating food from the hot case while actively placing food on the hot rollers. Nasty. He said his name was George. This was about 2pm on Monday, Oct 17th, 2022. 7-11 has recently developed quite a reputation for having cashiers that place illegal credit card readers on their scanning devices and now they're spreading Corona.
