The night clerk locked the door as soon as my brother arrived. Three other guest pulled up; meanwhile the guy is just walking around in the store. The moment we leave he walks over to the door, watch us leave then open it the minute we leave. When we come back 2 minutes later it’s open. Please explain.

Do you ever drop your money and want someone working the 7 Eleven counter around 11pm to pick it up and call you a liar for claiming it as yours? Well come on down to 9061 Burnet Rd./ Research Blvd 7 Eleven were they will not only do that over a quarter but will go above and beyond and ban you for proving them wrong.

Very bad experience whoever works night shift on Friday night made some very racist comments. Me and my friend walked in the store to purchase something and the cashier was being extremely rude rushing us and made some comments about how "black people steal". We felt very uncomfortable and had to leave the store as soon as he said that.

I had a bad experience at this 7-Eleven. I came here to buy lottery ticket today. I bought five tickets cost me $75 and then he gave me one of my ticket twice. And he forgot to scan one of my ticket. I went back to the store and there’s different dude there not the one I bought the ticket from. I ask the you dude nicely can you scam this ticket because he because the one guy before you forget this scan this ticket. And he scan this one twice he said give me the one he scanned twice I gave him the two ticket he only gave me one ticket back and I said I need that ticket because it has my number and he said no I will sell it in a very rude voice there were so many people behind me I didn’t wanna keep the line so I just left. I called customer service and they said he should not do that so they start a case for me. Also I called couple 711 stores and they said he should not do that that’s not our policy. I’m just so confused why that guy was so rude to me for no reason. I could tell he was in a bad mood but he should not take that on the customers just saying.Can people really do that that’s horrible
