The price advertised said $3.19 for regular unleaded. The price at the pump was $3.58. I think this is called bait and switch or false advertising.

A few of the pumps are always broken. The rest freeze up trying to process credit cards. The security seals are all broken, and I wouldn't be surprised if there were skimmers. I told the cashier the security seals were broken and he just laughed. They clearly couldn't care less.

Slowest pumps on planet earth. EVs charge faster than the gas flows at this station. 45 minutes for 20 gallons lol

This 7-Eleven location is absolutely horrible!! I ordered doordash and when I saw that it was coming from that location I had a feeling. I know 7-Eleven Pizza is nothing to be excited about but that's all I had to get for my daughter since I was sick at home.
They sent the pizza in slices that were facing each other in individual packs and they were cold and dripping.
There's no direct phone number to complain to that store and if I did the guys do not understand or speak English at all anymore nor care I've seen them in person treat people's rudely when it's a simple complaint or exchange they want for a slice or anything small
The 7-Eleven on East 7th Street is the same type of people but at least they're nice and polite they are from the Middle East some where and I have nothing to say bad about the people in general
but I guess they have different standards for what they do now.
there's no one to communicate with anymore at this place.
I think 7-Eleven just doesn't care about its customers and the individual owners that are owning the stores now, so sad to see 7-Eleven go down this way.

Out of 6 pumps, only about 2-3 ever actually work. The screens on the west-facing side are all destroyed by the sun, so you can’t read the screens. Some don’t accept credit cards. So you have to keep pulling up to each pump to try them out. All of the security tags on the pumps are cut. Who knows if our cards are being skimmed or not. Once you finally get a pump that works, it’s a trickle of gas that keeps you there far longer than you need. Sketch people hanging around out front. Not a good area to have to linger with your car. I hate using this gas station, but the east side of Austin also has very few good gas stations.

I wish I could give negative stars. Easily the worst 7-11 in Austin. I wouldn’t recommend eating or drinking anything from this location. Only viable option is gas.

Most of the cashier's are nice.Used to be one of the best locations but maybe good store managers are hard to come by. Regular associates can only do so much.. There are other 7elvens in the area.a

This place keeps getting worse every trip. You're lucky if the gas pumps work, most of the time you can't pay at the pump and have to go inside and be hassled by the ladies working there who are always super rude to everyone. They're loud and have inappropriate conversations. They have a homeless man who they let harass customers and on my trip today the store was filthy, missing a lot of stock, out dated product that they don't seem to care about. They have wood up on the window that's been busted and as per the health department they can't serve cooler food. When will corporate step in and fix this store up and make it worth coming to?**Update: My debit card was compromised from this location. Beware.**

They will cheat you. They change prices. They are not honest. It was better when it was run by someone else. Don’t go there

So I’m going after work after closing just to get myself a gift card so I can have a ride to and from work spend $160 on gift card status on the store to scratch it and try to redeem it and nothing happens. I’ll try to talk to the person has sold me the car. What are you doing? Barely know any English and when I try to talk to the manager he was no help either so I just want I just got ripped off for $160. Don’t ever go to that 7-Eleven they are useless.

No soap in customer bathroom (as always) so I asked for some soap at the counter and he let me go in the employee only bathroom and they didn’t have soap in there either. All they had was hand sanitizer. ? ? so that guy making food behind the counter doesn’t wash his hands after using the bathroom? Yuck!

Smells like Urrine. Homeless person harassing potential customers for drug money. Half the gas pumps do not work. Coolers are never stocked. Employees are lazy and do not care. The store is always dirty and messy. And worst of all! The Coke Slurpee has not worked in the 4 years I have lived around the corner. Go the extra mile and a half to one of the other 7/11 locations on east 6th or north on Airport blvd.

I wish u could give negative stars on this place. Workers try to scam you out of money on prices that they have in store. I would avoid this place disrespectful workers too...tried to get some water that was 2 for 4 and they tried to charge me almost 7 dollars worker didn't even want to look at the sign that said that...BEWARE
