This store was one of my regular places to stop for coffee (depending on many things) and so MANY people there were just wonderful. That was until today. Apparently, it's been bought out and I can ONLY say, that them getting rid of so many great employees is bad. But, I also went to exchange (yes exchange) one of their refillable plastic coffee cups I bought that leaks all over. . But, the man at the counter would not even consider it. I cleaned the cup up after it had spilled all over me and when I brought it in, the top was loose. So, he TOTALLY insulted me when he said you have to close the lid. Like really? Geez. Not enough words that I can put on here but that 7 11 is doomed with that type of response in that very nice area.

No 91 Octane fuel. Apple Pay at the pump didn’t work. Tap to pay at the pump didn’t work. Must insert physical card. Receipt was not dispensed at the pump (or inside the store)

I have to say this by far is my favorite convenience store I have been to in Austin. The staff is very attentive and personable and treats you like family. Special shoutout to Crystal, she always makes a point to acknowledge me when I visit and reminds me of 7/11 reward offers and is the reason I even learned about the program. Keep up the good work Crystal and the rest of the staff you are awesome! ✊?

Kathy and Crystal are the best! The convenience store is clean and the staff is always nice. Don’t know why there are so many bad reviews, I’ve never had a bad experience here.

When I arrived went to take my backpack off was harshly told by an older lady working the register to remove my bag. After using the restroom same lady proceeded to follow me around the store then in line singled me out in front of other customers I think she thought I was stealing but I assure you I don't steal especially not a $3 beer. I'm homeless don't look homeless other than my backpack I also work everyday reason I'm homeless is not because I don't work. It's appealing to me to be profiled and discriminated against by other people in this country. You failed today 711

Will be reporting this store to corporate headquarters. The soon to be former clerk threatened me this evening- possibly an ex prisoner idk but tattooed face and a gang tattoo with anger issues and a low IQ. Literally threatened me . I've been going to this store for 30 years and it's gone way way down hill. But this tonight? Done. Don't go in this store it's not safe.
